I’ve been a member of Route 20 Fitness for 5 years, I believe. The trainers are very focused on helping each and every member attain their goals (and many times pushing us to exceed our goal!) This is such an important piece of the puzzle, one that I cannot achieve on my own.I have joined several of the Challenges at Route 20, that have allowed me to reach my targeted weight and body fat loss. They can modify anything for anyone! Highly recommend to everyone!! It’s a clean environment and you’re pushed every day to be your best!

I was a member of Route 20 for quite some time and loved it! If I didn’t move, I would still be a member. The instructors and owner, Scott were always motivating with great energy. The classes were never dull or repeated. The other members are also enjoyable to workout with. Such a fun gym and I highly recommend to anyone interested in bootcamp/HIIT style workouts!!

I enjoy the workouts at Route 20 Fitness! Correct form is emphasized with Larissa and Scott able to modify any of the movements to adjust to my physical ability. Don’t let your age or shape be a factor if you’re thinking of giving it a go! I’m closing in on 60 yrs and can’t stress enough how gratifying it is to walk in the studio with the workout listed and leaving 60 minutes later sweaty and feeling great, that I’m living a healthy lifestyle!
