I have been going to this gym since they were established. It is a very great, family environment, to get a killer workout in. The trainers and owner are very attentive to their members! I would recommend this gym to anyone in the Buffalo area. Even if you are a 20 min or so drive out, it is 100% worth it to go to Route 20!

Route 20 Fitness owner Scott and trainer Larissa are fantastic! As I worked through an injury they offered alternative movements to help me keep moving and growing stronger! And through Covid(after restrictions were lifted), Scott built barriers to allow us to continue working out and kept us safely distanced! I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate this team and I highly recommend Route 20 Fitness!

Route 20 Fitness challenges you at your own level each and every class! The trainer stays engaged with everyone during the class, and can quickly correct your form or technique if they see you need assistance. There is a brief overview of the class with modifications given for certain moves if you need to adjust your ability. I personally have gotten much stronger and I see it help me in my every day life.

Since being Medically Retired from the Marine Corps for my life altering and, nearly life ending injuries, I have had spells when I’ve found it very difficult to find the motivation to get the help I need to get in and keep in shape.Scott and his staff at Route 20 Fitness have found the perfect balance of not pushing me too hard and not letting me slack off on myself. And, I don’t know how they do it, but they tailor this “not too hard, not too soft” technique for each individual that works out with them. I’ve seen it, over and over, with every type of person, from all walks of life.I’ve worked out at many gyms throughout my ten years as a Recon Marine & Raider in the Marine Corps, and I can say for sure, Route 20 Fitness is a great place to get yourself where you want to be!

LOVE this place! It's a great one hour workout that hits muscle groups you didn't even know you had!! In one hour, you get cardio (HIIT) mixed with strength training. Everyday is a different workout and boy do I SWEAT!!!! People from all different age groups are in it and you go at your own pace. I love the trainers because once I started to feel stronger and more in shape- they starting pushing me to work harder and lift heavier when I never thought I could or would! Sometimes you don't realize what you can do until someone gives you a slight push to achieve it! I also do a full body scan once a month to keep my progress on track. Best thing is the scans are included in your membership!!! The scans track not only your weight but how much muscle you've gained and how many inches you have lost. I would highly recommend coming to a class to see if this is the right fit for you! I've been going here for years and I've never felt better about myself in all the years I've worked out because it's easy to stay consistent with these classes which is key to seeing results! Love my Route 20 Fam!

Started here about 2 years ago with my mom & we love it. Gives us quality time with each other & keeps us healthy. We are always doing new things & the workouts are never the same. Everyone here is friendly & we don't feel out of place at all. I highly recommend checking out Route 20 fitness.

I've been a part of Route 20 for almost 3 years. The owner & coaches push you go harder, to go heavier, and to be the best version they know you can be on a daily basis. Each day is a different, challenging workout, covering all of the muscle groups.The best part is that you become more like family & get to know the members that attend the same sessions you regularly attend. This is the first and only gym I’ve been able to stick with. The community that the trainers facilitate here is unparalleled and they really make you part of the Route 20 family. The workouts are always challenging and they never get boring. The trainers are very knowledgeable and give good pointers to improve your performance. Best gym ever!

I've been going to Route 20 for a few years now and for someone who needs to modify a lot of the movements, it's exactly where I need to be for my workouts. The coaches are more than willing to give me an appropriate modification for any specific activity. Each day, the movements for the workout is always different, which is great for variety and targeting different muscle groups. Not only are the coaches and staff nice, the members are friendly & welcoming too. I can't imagine going to any other gym!

I have been a member of this gym for over 5 years. I love it! The workouts are geared toward all fitness levels from beginner to gym enthusiasts. They change everyday ensuring all muscles groups are worked.Scott, the owner, took extreme precautions during Covid to make sure everyone was safe, he did more than what was required by state and federal mandates and continues to work hard at ensuring a safe, healthy gym environment.The other gym members are friendly and encouraging, the coaches push you to be your best! Try it, I promise you won’t be disappointed!
