I enjoy the workouts at Route 20 Fitness! Correct form is emphasized with Larissa and Scott able to modify any of the movements to adjust to my physical ability. Don’t let your age or shape be a factor if you’re thinking of giving it a go! I’m closing in on 60 yrs and can’t stress enough how gratifying it is to walk in the studio with the workout listed and leaving 60 minutes later sweaty and feeling great, that I’m living a healthy lifestyle!

I have been going to this gym since they were established. It is a very great, family environment, to get a killer workout in. The trainers and owner are very attentive to their members! I would recommend this gym to anyone in the Buffalo area. Even if you are a 20 min or so drive out, it is 100% worth it to go to Route 20!

Started here about 2 years ago with my mom & we love it. Gives us quality time with each other & keeps us healthy. We are always doing new things & the workouts are never the same. Everyone here is friendly & we don't feel out of place at all. I highly recommend checking out Route 20 fitness.

LOVE this place! It's a great one hour workout that hits muscle groups you didn't even know you had!! In one hour, you get cardio (HIIT) mixed with strength training. Everyday is a different workout and boy do I SWEAT!!!! People from all different age groups are in it and you go at your own pace. I love the trainers because once I started to feel stronger and more in shape- they starting pushing me to work harder and lift heavier when I never thought I could or would! Sometimes you don't realize what you can do until someone gives you a slight push to achieve it! I also do a full body scan once a month to keep my progress on track. Best thing is the scans are included in your membership!!! The scans track not only your weight but how much muscle you've gained and how many inches you have lost. I would highly recommend coming to a class to see if this is the right fit for you! I've been going here for years and I've never felt better about myself in all the years I've worked out because it's easy to stay consistent with these classes which is key to seeing results! Love my Route 20 Fam!

Since being Medically Retired from the Marine Corps for my life altering and, nearly life ending injuries, I have had spells when I’ve found it very difficult to find the motivation to get the help I need to get in and keep in shape.Scott and his staff at Route 20 Fitness have found the perfect balance of not pushing me too hard and not letting me slack off on myself. And, I don’t know how they do it, but they tailor this “not too hard, not too soft” technique for each individual that works out with them. I’ve seen it, over and over, with every type of person, from all walks of life.I’ve worked out at many gyms throughout my ten years as a Recon Marine & Raider in the Marine Corps, and I can say for sure, Route 20 Fitness is a great place to get yourself where you want to be!

Route 20 Fitness challenges you at your own level each and every class! The trainer stays engaged with everyone during the class, and can quickly correct your form or technique if they see you need assistance. There is a brief overview of the class with modifications given for certain moves if you need to adjust your ability. I personally have gotten much stronger and I see it help me in my every day life.

I've been a part of Route 20 for almost 3 years. The owner & coaches push you go harder, to go heavier, and to be the best version they know you can be on a daily basis. Each day is a different, challenging workout, covering all of the muscle groups.The best part is that you become more like family & get to know the members that attend the same sessions you regularly attend. Joining a new gym is usually nerve wracking but Route 20 welcomes new members with open arms.So, what are you waiting for?! Join this wonderful, locally owned gym. You won't regret it!

I started at Route 20 on a 4-week Groupon. After only 3 weeks I started I was already seeing results, and that was without changing my eating habits. I ended up joining and have continued to renew my membership for the last six years. The workouts are challenging, but always changing so you are never bored. The trainers thoroughly explain each move before you begin, and move about the room during the entire class to correct form and help you reach your maximum potential. Staff are also open to members asking any questions they may have about form, diet or exercise. I am in the best shape I have ever been in my entire life and I credit the support and encouragement of both the staff and my fellow gym members. If you want results and are ready to work hard, give Route 20 a try.

I have been a member of Route 20 Fitness for almost two years. I have been working out for over 20 years and have tried many different gyms as well as home fitness. Route 20 Fitness offers a great combination of workouts incorporating cardio with using weights. No workout is the same, always keeping you on your toes. The trainers are professional, inspiring and well versed in modifying movements if necessary. Everyone of all fitness levels and ages can benefit from Route 20 Fitness. Route 20 Fitness is AWESOME. The workouts are intense, the atmosphere is great, the gym is clean and the staff are friendly and motivational. Best boot camp style workouts I have found since fire academy.
