Supposed to open at 6 AM but never does. Every time, the person that is supposed to show up is late. Today, there was a crowd of folks waiting. I was there till 6:30 and no one showed up. 🤔. …

As many have said before, this location does NOT open on time. 15-20 of us waited 30+ minutes today (and many days prior to this) for someone to open the gym. At least 20% of the time you can expect the gym not to be open when it’s supposed to be at 6am. Very frustrating at this point; will likely be going elsewhere.

They do not let you cancel by phone or online but require you to show up in person and fill out a ‘cancelation form’ or send a LETTER by registered mail. I find it hard to see this as anything other than a deeply unethical business practice designed to take people’s money by making it hard for them to cancel.

I strongly suspect that PF messes up their billing system and charge late fee for extra income. A few days ago I received notice of a $15 late fee for unsuccessful annual fee charge but I never had issues with monthly fees. Later I contact customer service and they found out the system billed the wrong account so it bounced off then it can back to me to charge a late fee AND NO BODY CAN CANCEL THAT LATE FEE!!!!! Should never signed up for this place and for such a fraudulent experience.

Closed with no one there at 8:30AM on Sunday Jan 9 2021 (1.5 hours past opening time). Also happened 2 weeks ago.As a local business owner I understand that employees are eager to call in sick giving the Covid context, particularly on early Sunday mornings, but this is no excuse. This Planet Fitness branch needs to triple-book persons at the same time instead of relying on just one person to open up. 2 weeks ago a girl opened 2 hours late and when she did she just kept her AirPods in her ears so she wouldn't have to talk to members.Serious discipline problem at this Planet Fitness branch that doesn't happen at other local services / shops / gyms. The Cafe Nero across the street which has 10% of the clientele of Planet Fitness has the same opening hours and always opens on time.

This place is always bustling with people. Tons of machines to work out on and cleaning stations everywhere. Music is blasting. No one is judging one another. Plus the location I attend is close to food places for a quick bite. I love PF!

Make sure you use a lot of spray to disinfect the machines, and sanitize your hands. I've been coming here 3x a week for 2 months and not once have any of the soap dispensers in the bathroom been working. Weekend hours are short compared to other nearby PF locations. Perfectly fine aside from those two things

Pretty sizeable for a Planet Fitness, and it's in a great location (Lesley campus). Equipment is decent but I wish staff cared about cleaning and replacing sanitary items.

Very hot and they do not turn the AC on. It doesn't matter if it's October. If it's over 75F inside the gym, turn the AC on!!!Also, while I understand Cambridge and its old buildings has plumbing issues- I think the situation in the showers are unacceptable. I've tried different showers and it was all the same. The drains do not work. Disgusting.

Equipment is in poor working order. Often times the TVs hooked up to the machines aren’t working. 2 of 3 stair masters broken and staff report “no idea” when they will be fixed. Also, showed up this morning to try to workout at 7:30am and no one had opened the gym yet. Customers just standing around waiting to get in when the gym should have opened by 6am. Hours posted online and on the door say the gym should be open, however, no one came to open the gym therefore none of us can workout. Poor quality all around, would not recommend this place to workout.
