This place has EVERYTHING to promote working out there. Let's start small with the fact that it is big and airy not small and stuffy like some gyms can be. It's quieter because people aren't going there to socialize. They are going there to work out. Plus they have such a great assortment of options for working out. More importantly-24 HOURS! Now I don't have to miss workouts or go during crowded times. Even more important to me is that I can use the hydro-massage bed or the massage chair which my body and mind appreciate. MOST important though is price, price, price!

I love the new renovations they did to the club. And the new equipment is excellent especially the treadmills and other cardio equipment. Stuff I’ve never seen! Just got the Black Card!

I cancelled my membership due to Covid but I recently signed back up and the staff remembered me and told me how glad they were that I was coming back. I have always had a great experience when walking into the Canton Planet Fitness.

Haven’t really had any bad experiences here , came on Sunday October forth, Jeremiah, black frizzy hair rudely cut me off asking where my mask was and I said in the locker room , as I look around no one else is wearing one so question him about that and keep walking towards locker room as he follows me. He proceed to talk about the mask as I’m going to get it and I keep explaining that it’s only fair if he tells everyone that which he still did not. He asks me if I want to make it a problem and puffs his chest up to mine and slightly shoves me with his body. I’m a floor hospitalitis at a very night night club and I know that’s not okay. I know exactly when physician altercation is acceptable and when it isn’t.

So wonderfully clean! Very kind and helpful workers! First time and I was so nervous I'd stand out or be stared at and once inside even those working out were great and not judgemental. Perfect experience.

Employees keep the area and machines sanitized and clean throughout the day. Maurice is good at explaining the uses of the machines. He is also good at explaining what workouts to use for your goals and why they are good or not good for you.

best bang for the buck! and that is a fact.massive gym that is honestly spotless, and the whole staff is really friendly making you feel welcome..clean atmosphere and all the workout equipment for everyone! cant beat it

This gym is the opposite of “judge free.” This gym feels nothing like judge free. Spots are rarely available to workout and it stereotyped that the men use the heavier weights in the front and the women get a little corner within this warehouse. Costumer service had no empathy and were rude when I would ask questions about my membership and this place is just money driven. I sent a letter to cancel over two weeks ago and they claim to not have my letter coincidently at the same time when I should be charged for another month. The reason I sent a letter in is because I can’t go in there because the environment feels so draining, toxic and judgmental. I know this gym is cheap and you get what you pay for but please look into other gyms that may be more expensive but have costumer service that actually cares about their costumers and is empathetic towards them. Please save yourself from the trouble that you could run into at this place!!

Planet Fitness is the best !Planet Fitness and their staff are awesome! I've always been active and in sports. The gym was just part of my lifestyle. So I've been to many gyms in my lifetime. They are perfect for any level and type of goals you might have. For people who are just starting their lifestyle to become healthier and aren't sure of how, their staff will help guide you towards your goals and help you feel comfortable and confident obtaining your fitness needs.

This place. Don't go. I transferred my membership to the location in Akron and then canceled there. Then several months later my original gym decided to start charging me again and counted the months I hadn't been a member and charged me for a good long while. Had to close my account at the bank. Will be contacting a lawyer to get them under control.
