By far one of the best planet fitness facilities that I have ever went to. Not only are they constantly upgrading equipment and the facility for their customers, but the staff are always super friendly, the facilities are immaculate and the wait time on the machines is minimal to nonexistent. The TVs are always tuned to the best news or sports available. The gym is very spacious and could have easily stayed open at the peak of COVID even with a 6 feet distance requirement. I recently completed a 1000 calorie burn a day challenge at this facility and it was easy peasy due to this gym . 🏋️‍♂️

I have always had a great experience with planet fitness. I used to go to a different location, but I recently had to change to the canton location. This was my first time coming to the canton location and it was extremely busy. I could barely work out because all of the workout stations had been occupied. I just feel like there could be more weight equipment and less treadmills and ellipticals.

These thieves are refusing to cancel my membership saying I did not sign up at their location. I definitely did sign up at their location and have only ever visited their location. They won't judge you but they sure will steal your money. Customer beware.After contacting support, it is confirmed this location is the right location and it is up to them to cancel my membership. Ironically, after they told me yesterday that they couldn't find my membership, it updated to cancelled but I was still charged today. They will not respond to my emails now either. I have uploaded screenshots to back up my claims. DO NOT trust this place.

Honestly I had a membership a couple years back and I really disliked it I didn't like the staff or the way it was set up and it ended up being really discouraging. Today I decided to go back since they remodeled and honestly the whole atmosphere has changed into the original promise "no judgement".The young woman who helped me (I'm so sorry I forgot if her name was Casey or Kayla or something with a K but she was working this morning with Maurice) was encouragingly upbeat and I noticed throughout the whole process she would take a pause every time someone walks through the door just so that she could greet them, most by name. The remodeling looks so nice and it's so clean. I did my personal meeting with Maurice to go over equipment and different workouts and he went through every single question I had with no judgment and even let me know some of his observations to help me modify my exercises as needed. I went during a busy time but they finally have enough equipment that even during the busy time you don't have to be right next to somebody every single machine. I'm so glad this place has improved.

First time I've ever went here. Was a guest with my daughter. Lots of treadmills, weight machines, etc...I like the cleaning station idea as opposed to dirty, wet towels that everybody and their brother has used before you. I also like the little sectioned off areas of different types of machines and floor pads.

The squat racks are the style that will damage your joints. So working out anything on those is prohibitive of achieving a more healthy body. The TV is not allowed to be changed and they constantly have on only liberal media, no choice as it is controlled by the franchise owner. I'll be removing my membership very soon.

Canceled my membership in person last month on the 13th took time out of my day to go down there and had no problem with the final month being billed like really no big issue, signed some electronic form showed my ID and was assured my membership was canceled and that I was good. Got charged again this month and when I called to ask them they said they had no record of me coming in to cancel, although they do have a record of my Visit that day but none of the cancellation the staff were kind don’t get me wrong my complaint is with whatever system their running I will be back down again to cancel in person again I am just shocked I’ve had to come down multiple times. This time I will be bringing my own form for them to sign acknowledging they are canceling my membership as when I called they said i needed to have proof and it was literally an electronic form that I signed on their computer how would I have a copy, why should I need a copy as I wasn’t under contract and was month to month should be as simple as canceling an app on my phone it’s 2021.

They were very helpful and friendly place. Help us get started and set up. The one gentleman who worked at planet fitness also understood my situation on my knee and guide me to a different exercise bike that would help me and not harm my knee. Thank you.

I love how friendly the staff is. It is always a busy place but I love how it is about doing your own thing and go home. This place is great to get a fabulous workout and if you are a black card member, a wonderful hydro massage after a hard workout. Thank you for helping me get back into shape

I have been to around a dozen PFs (I travel a lot and have a Black Card) and I SWEAR that the treadmills at this location aren't level to the floor. Even with no incline set, I can tell there's a slight slope when I run on them. I've never felt this at any other location, and it drives me crazy. I've tried a handful of the treadmills and they're all consistently inclined when they're supposed to be flat.
