Very good gym, lots of different machines, somewhat smaller gym but people are nice and keep to themselves, everyone is supportive and nice.

I have never experienced such a poor and disappointing quality of customer service in any gym as AMPED. I have, since July 2023, reached out to end my subscription, I actually had to send a letter with my signature, reasons why I wanted to cancel, address, etc. I have sent four requests through the website, with no response. It is now almost October and I've been continually charged. I recommend to everyone attempting to get a membership heed caution, it is incredibly difficult to cancel. :( Spread the word people!

My girlfriend and I came in at 759 and was told cannot workout with a guest pass after 745 . I then tried to purchase A VIP membership so she could also workout and was told that she can’t workout past 745. What type of gym limits what time you can use a guest pass?????? Was just trying to get a workout in .

They will steal your money and give you the runaround. I suggest not doing business with them. It's a nightmare trying to get your money back. The entire operation is kinda shady.

Should provide paper towels to wipe down equipments…. Reusing one towel to wipe down one person after another is disgusting

Lots of equipment for a reasonable price. Needs better cleaning and machines take forever to be repaired. Star climbers have not worked in months, but I guess you get what you pay for. Busy at rush hour times but great vibe and motivating!

they have stole hundreds of dollars towards a personalized training service that I do not use. Never happened to me before. One of the worst gym experiences I have ever had. Never do personal training here, they will just scam you in every way they can. Either way with these practices i am convinced they will go out of business.
