I miss when it was 24hrs. But the place is always clean and the staff are kind and courteous. There’s one girl that’s always hanging around behind the counter in regular clothes when she’s not working out who can be kind of rude sometimes. Idk if she work there or not. Other than that the place is great! Quiet most of the time also which is a big plus.

Saturday employees never open on time. People standing around outside and in the parking lot every Saturday waiting for them. No traffic on Saturday. Why so hard to get to work on time. 7:11 right now and still nobody here to open the doors.

Atmosphere is great. Machines and facility very clean. I did have friend join and was supposed to get one free month, but the monthly fee was deducted from my account, so I did not receive credit.

I have been trying to cancel a membership at this gym for about a month now. I have been in about 3 or 4 times to cancel and they just say Systems are down indefinitely. They wrote my name on a post it note and said they would take care of it. They didn’t offer any other solutions to this issue. I can’t cancel the membership in person or over any website. They continue to charge for membership though. I had to dispute the charges and put a tell my bank to no longer allow them to charge. Wasn’t a bad gym but there needs to be alternatives to issues like this.

This is the best gym. The workers have to deal with having no management, poor pay and still do a hell of a job keeping the place clean and smiles on people’s faces. Some people are just negative don’t feed into that. Come in and enjoy a work out!
