CrossFit ENG

I was in town visiting and decided to check this place out. Wow, the programming was amazing and the people were so very kind and helpful. If I lived here I would definitely become a member of this amazing community. Thank you CrossFit ENG for making me and my family have such an unforgettable experience.

If you want to be around amazing people and outstanding coaches. This is the place to be. I love that I’m able to bring my daughter who is three months old and have the peace of mind that she is safe while I am working out.

I am so glad that I found this box for my son and I. I am hoping the hubs Joins us too. They have the patience of the Saints, while training us. Let's just say I'm not the most coordinated individual. However they have helped me so much that in the past couple of months I have definitely gained a huge amount of strength, self-confidence and perseverance. I'm so glad to call this place my box. Both 5 a.m. class is tons of fun as well as the 5:30 class. I'm sure, all the others as well. My son takes the 5:30 teen class and really likes it. He never wants to leave. He has really IMPROOVED in so many ways. He DEFINATLY has gained self respect and self confidence these last few months since Joining this box. I totally believe that #CrossFitENG helped him with Volleyball, this year. He Really improoved with his self confidence and strength on the court, helping to be one of the team captains this year.GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT ENVIROMMENT, GREAT COACHES AND GAINS GAINS GAINS! Great family atmosphere! If you have children and want to put them in CrossFit kids class, i highly recommend this gym. They have events all the time geared to spending time with one another and creating a tight-knit community!!!

Like home! CrossFit ENG is not just a box where you can go and get your workout done. Coaches and peeps make you feel like family. Even in those days that you are asking yourself, why I am here ,they will show you the reason because even when you don't want to lift anything EVERYBODY there will encourage you to do it until you finally do it and after that you will be the happiest person in the world. I know, I write too much and the review should be shorter, but the point is that when I'm talking about CrossFit and especially CrossFit ENG I cannot stop. I love to be part of this box, family. I have been attending to this CrossFit for approximately 3 months. The staff here is beyond friendly. Once a member, aside from physical training you will also receive educational emails. The trainers at ENG are always open to play your music request.

Absolutley love this gym! Great environment, people, and coaches! Always willing to help and strive to help you achieve your goals! Happy to be a part of such an awesome CrossFit!

This Gym is awesome. The staff is very motivating and enjoyable. They also have personal training and even cross fit for children. Whatever your goal is this team is more than willing to help you get there.

ENG coaches helped me get me drive back! They treat each and every member as individuals and they know that what is 100% for you may different from others. Everyone there has a bond that has been created because of the positive atmosphere ENG encourages! Inspiration and motivation are handed out daily!

Very well run, spotless, training facility. i am a Senior and have found this training experience very rewarding. Although I can't keep up with the young blood, all the movements are modified for me to get the most out of my training. Very accomplishing and rewarding when encouraged by the young people like a team mate and not just an old man!! Thank you !! Seniors get on over there and sign up. You will love it!!
