CrossFit ENG

Was in Cape Coral from out of town and needed a place to do some Oly work while on vacation. Found this gem and spoke with Coach Dale who was extremely accommodating to allow me to drop in. The box is super clean, well equipped, and has a great vibe. If I'm back in town for any reason again, this would definitely be the spot I'd come back to.

I have been coming 5 months now, and my only regret is that i didn't start sooner. This gym has a great supportive atmosphere. Everyone from the other members to the coaches are all rooting for you and each other. I can't say enough about the owner, Dale, and all the coaches, Leaster being the one i work with the most. They are so supportive, they make sure you are able to succeed in your workout. There is no need to fear that a workout will be too hard or unattainable. They will scale and modify the workout however you need to succeed while still buliding towards the end goal.

This place is great!! They work with your weaknesses and help you get stronger. They cheer you on and makes me want to come back. I'm on day 7 and I feel great after every pain staking work out. They push you to be your best. I will be back till I get where I need to be!Love you guys!!

I really love this place!! I came for one drop-in a 3-weeks-vacation and finally train more than recently at my home box. Everything is just perfect: the program, the coaches, the warm welcome of the members. Thank you so much!I have one more week to go and already miss you. Would you mind to open the same box in Luxembourg in the near future please? 🙏🙏

Dropped in a couple times while on vacation. Extremely clean , organized and well ran box. Coach Dale and coach Lindsay were amazing and so welcoming. Will definitely be our go to box while visiting the area!

Dropped in while on vacation. The coaches were very receptive and greeted me right away. The members were very welcoming and offered several restaurants in the local area for my wife and I to try. Gym was well organized and well equipped and clean. I would definitely visit again on my next trip to Cape Coral.

Coach Dale and Coach Lindsay (along with every other coach) are amazing. Very friendly, very welcoming and very warm. I haven't worked out in YEARS and I've never done CrossFit...I was terrified. They were so kind and slowed down with me one on one to explain the process, show me around, and reassure me that I was in a supportive environment that cared about setting me up for success. I highly recommend this facility and each of the coaches. Try it out! You won't be sorry!!
