It's impossible to overstate how amazing my experience has been at Crossfit ENG. Not only have I lost weight and gotten stronger because of Crossfit ENG, but the quality of my life overall has improved drastically.I expected physical benefits when I became an ENG member but Crossfit ENG has become so much more to me than I ever expected. Love the atmosphere and all the coaches. They make you feel welcomed and work with you in a personal level to help you improve everyday in Crossfit. I was a beginner and they took the time to teach me all the movements and WODs in detail. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a Crossfit place in the Cape Coral area

If you’re looking for the best CrossFit gym in the state and definitely in Lee County this is the place to be. I’ve personally known the owners for many years and they’ve done an amazing job in providing a safe healthy happy family oriented environment where people can come together for the common goal of staying fit. You won’t find anyone who wouldn’t give a five star review and recommend this place. I hope to see you there.

Since moving to Florida I have tried several different CrossFit boxes... some good, and some just ok... but ENG is home. The coaching is top notch they even stop you during workouts for bad form, the athletes are all welcoming, and the box and equipment are clean and well taken care of. If you’re looking for a new home or just wanting to drop in to check them out you won’t regret it.

I have been w CrossFit ENG for about 3 months now. I absolutely love it!! During this whole Covid 19 madness they have been so helpful w offering FREE online classes. Now that we are back in the gym they are helping me physically and mentally daily. I wake up every morning truly looking forward to coming in and working out w my ENG family.

What a great atmosphere! I’ve traveled all over the world and I’ve been to a lot of Crossfit boxes. This one is special. I specifically loved the cleanliness and camaraderie.I had a warm welcome right from the start. Everyone one very nice and encouraging throughout the class. Received some great coaching cues which helped me PR my HSPU reps!To top it off, met one of the gym owners and had a great conversation with him.All around great experience! I highly recommend this gym for anyone in the area looking for a great place to connect with others or get a great workout in.

Our CrossFit has upgraded from great to greater. The Family is getting bigger as did the box we work out in. The equipment has been upgraded with much more to come. The transition from our old box to the new and much bigger box is amazing. The coaches continue to push us to achieve goals we never thought possible. The members support and push us as well.
