CrossFit ENG

ENG is an amazing place. The coaches are positive, encouraging and support you at your level. I have been able to accomplish things I never thought possible thanks to the trainers and the awesome members I workout with.

Highly recommend Crossfit ENG!! Jonathan, Janel and all the coaches are the best. They make excellent workout programs and they make sure the exercises are done correctly. They are passionate about what they do and it is contagious. Every time I walk into Crossfit ENG the coaches push me to always reach my full potential even when I feel like sandbagging a workout. 4 months later (and my first time being a part of any Crossfit gym) and I am already seeing great results. Extremely happy I chose to join Crossfit ENG when I moved here to Cape Coral!!!

This is an incredible place. The staff are extremely welcoming and encouraging. They are also very community oriented and allow our Rasmussen Student Nurses Association to participate in many of their events. Awesome opportunities! Awesome place! I recommend it to anyone!

This is the best gym ever! The coaches take their time to properly train their members and they truly care! Most of all, it’s a family friendly gym! My 8 year old loves coach Janel! The whole family works out together! Can’t get that anywhere else!

I am so happy to have found a place full of people who are judgment free and welcome you with open arms. This goes from the trainers to the members. This is the first time in my life I have looked forward to attending any type of a "gym" in my entire life! My children and I have discovered something really great here and there is nothing better than having them doing their own session right next to mine. We talk about Crossfit all week and have bonded tremendously through the experience that Crosssfit ENG has set up for us! Looking forward to see where this journey takes us! I would recommend this place to anyone of any age!

Love CrossFit ENG!! Amazing supportive environment, great Coaches who keep you on point with everything, and push you to do your best at each workout. Family friendly environment kids are welcome, and there are also kids classes which run along side the adult classes. Highly recommend!!

I was on vacation in Cape Coral, from Ontario, Canada. I have registered for the CrossFit Open. I wanted to find a location to continue my workouts and complete my Open 19.2. I message CrossFit ENG and they got back to me very quickly; warmly welcomed me to join their classes that week and complete my Open. I'll admit I was nervous visiting a new place.Jonathan was my coach, he was AWESOME! He was encouraging but help push my limits! Continuously reminding me it's mind over matter! Helped me dig deep! Even tried my first Filthy 50, was so so close to completing it!!Just like my home CrossFit club I felt welcomed and supported from the first day! Great community! Thank you! Keep up the great work and inspiring fitness!

I was never a fan of CrossFit until I came to CrossFit ENG. First and foremost it is a great deal and workout. Secondly, they basically spend the first week you join one on one with you. They go through most of the maneuvers that you will be doing when you work out. This is extremely rare for most gyms! I have been to other gyms and you just dive right in, which in turn will only lead to injuries and bad form. All the coaches are extremely helpful and patient. I personally have severe mobility issues, but they work with me, and at the same time push me to work harder. It’s very much a community, and everyone encourages each other during the classes which is extremely refreshing! It is definitely a tough workout, but everyday is different. Exercises can also be scaled to help you ramp up which is nice when you are starting out! Thanks Jonathan and team!

This is the place you go if you want a great workout that makes you proud of yourself! The coaches are humble ,knowledgeable and welcoming. You feel right at home, as soon as you walk in. Everyone is joking, laughing. If you’re working out and maybe didn’t do a movement correctly, the coach will not laugh and make you feel inferior. Instead they will stop you and give you suggestions to correct it. If you’re the last one to finish the workout...everyone is cheering you on to finish strong and it’s motivating. I would never choose another box because I know that I am family here. It’s amazing!

I recommend ENG 100%. Our coaches are not just coaches, they are family and treat every member like family too. You can feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. Everyday you come in, you feel the energy in ENG that is contagious.Our kids program is the best in the area! Janel has so much experience with children, as she has worked with kids programs in the past and is doing an excellent job with our kids, that they look forward to going to every class to be surrounded by her love & energy! I recommend ENG to anyone in any level of crossfit. Come check them out!
