Wish they would enforce locks on locker rule . Other than that great . Howeveras of 6-27 i would not recommed this gym due to uncleanliness of mens bathroom, except weekends,totally diffrent staff that does its job. Today not a paper towel in house at all dispensers, pretty hard to clean a peice of equipment....Mens bathroom has a door missing in toilet area, handicap shower has its shower head missing, if your ok with this then join Ft Myers planet fitness. This is not my first time complaining. But its convenientto my house.

Large open area full of equipment. While there are rows of bikes, steppers, treadmills and Ellipticals you may have to wait for other machines to be open. What I do like is that there are people of all ages, sizes & experience working together. As a large disabled person I love the philosophy of the Judgement Free Zone.I can work at my own pace on my weaknesses without someone telling me what to do. I do wish there was a little more equipment as even at slower times I have had to wait for a machine and I would love to see a better system for the black card spa. Right now you sign up for a hydrobed or massage chair etc... each time I have had to go back to the counter to ask if it was ready for me. There should be something like a board on the wall or on the app to tell you XX is ready for you and the room/bed/chair #All in all I am happy with my choice for the price and with the facility and location.

Weird gym. I'm bothered every chance we go there. I wish i could go to the bathroom without being bothered. Bothered by staff when I visit location.

Great location. Steve at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I love the red light therapy! Great customer service here!

A lot of the reason I have the top tier membership is for the tanning, and massage chairs. And these things were out of service. Well they had the tanning bed available but their AC in the room wasn’t working so they had a portable AC in the room and that too was not working and only one of the massage chairs was halfway working. It appears they are not putting the membership money to good use for upkeep and repair of their facility.

Double billed. They are horrible with their billing and records and no manager available to determine "if they will give me a refund." What kind of an answer is this????
