This Planet Fitness is poorly taken care of. It's dirty and a lot of the equipment is in poor condition. It's obvious that they do not clean very often or at all. The bathroom is absolutely natrocious. I'm sure there's many reviews to collaborate my experience. My job takes me nationwide so I seen many planet fitnesses and by far this is the worst one. Most planet fitnesses their staff members around that keep the facility clean and organized. That is not the case here.

I been a Planet Fitness member for over 7 years and I am really upset how in the past month everything has changed. The ladies toilets are so disgusting I almost vomit today and it’s been like that for about a month and every day gets worse. This morning there were no papers to clean the equipment in none of the stations. Key holders was never installed back since Covid! Really? What’s going on? This gym is failing to provide a healthy, clean environment to its members. I think it is time to switch!

AWW man, where do I begin?One star is for the fact that they have longer open hours than other gyms. The other star is for the personable staff.My real issue is the the gym is FILTHY. At this point ITS BEEN DAYS since the woman changing room/ showers have been cleaned. Granted the women who used the bathroom you are filthy as well for leaving tampon wrappers, tissue, etc all over the place but I’m holding the staff accountable for not cleaning. Without the slightest bit of exaggeration, it’s BEEN days. It’s like the staff is in a running competition to see who is NOT going to clean it.The machines are poorly maintained. A good majority of them need maintenance. A lot of the grips on various machines are ripped and peeling. The leg press is “sticky” aka needs lube. The floors don’t get vacuumed. Like I could really go on and on and on.Does this location not have a gym manager? If so they need to be fired and replaced ASAP cause the gym maintenance is embarrassing.

Updated review. Some machines are out of order for several weeks. The urinal in the men's room has been out of order for almost 2 weeks. Vacuum has been plugged in and just left on the floor. Front desk person acted like we have 2 heads when we complained. I pay my dues. I would appreciate full access to the machines.

Prior to the hurricane things were fine… ever since, the AC hasn’t worked properly, the water bottle fountain doesn’t work and only 5 out of 20 tvs are on. ?! Paying for a memebership I can’t use until the AC works 😰😰.**** I have not been to the gym in almost 3 months due to the fact that there has not been proper air conditioning. I have tried for the last five days to call and see if the AC is working yet and no one answers the phones. Now I see another review stating that the location has been closed for the last week. The fact that we are paying monthly memberships and there is not proper AC and the gym is closed is absolutely ridiculous. I would love to call and speak to a manager regarding a refund for the last three months but of course no one is available to answer the phones and a manager is never there when you call . I absolutely would not recommend this location to anyone. It seems like this place is managed by children.

Dangerous unmaintained equipment. Lawsuit waiting to happen from either a broken piece of rusted out equipment or infection from rust.

I’ve been visiting this location for 6 days now, the staff is super friendly and the equipment is on point. But the cleanliness gets a negative 10point. On day two I noticed the bathroom and showers haven’t been cleaned from the day before, so I took pictures just to see if there would be a change and here I am 5 days later and still they are filthy.

If I could give this place no stars after my horrible experience here I would. This gym is the worst!!! Do yourself A favor and find another gym. I have been to going to planet fitness since 2012 at locations all over the USA and have never had any issues. The woman who works there by name of Kim and the other women who works with her were “extremely” rude, snide, aggressive and extremely unprofessional as well. When I told her to contact the owner they threatened to call the police. The owner didn’t even bother to hear what unfolded during me trying to purchase a drink prior to me working out. I have notified my business partners about the unprofessionalism and clear lack of customer service and Social skills. Additionally, had law enforcement gotten involved I can guarantee he would have incurred a substantial law suit. His obvious lack of critical thinking and business ethics was noted when I heard him conversing with the employees who were blatantly wrong and disrespectful. I will make sure that my clients all over the USA and my families law offices in Miami and on the East coast be aware not to patronize this Unprofessional, and unethical establishment.

Alexander at the desk was so very helpful for my specific request over the phone. He went above and beyond to help me set up my online account. Went to this gym for years, it has been a staple in my life.

Good but way too hot today. The new ellipticals are nice with fans but the building is a sweat box. Hopefully it’s just HVAC needs from the hurricane and will be fixed.
