Great location and equipment. Got excellent help from Rex at the front desk with my day pass and locker combination glitch.

I went in person and canceled my membership 2 1/2 months ago after hurricane Ian and received a letter stating so. I have since been charged every month after even though I’ve called twice and have been told it will be corrected.

The employees let a homeless guy come in and walk around talking to himself in the mirrors because “it’s a judgment free zone” and the “manager” is okay with it because they’re scared he might get combative if they tried to tell him to leave. I didn't know I was paying to have a homeless guy stand behind me talking and pointing at me while I’m working out. Call the cops if your that scared. What a joke.

It’s happened twice already. I’ve came to the gym at around 6 am and the employees haven’t opened the doors to the gym. Everybody was grouped up waiting for them to come open the doors. As well as they don’t even clean the bathrooms often. Dust and toilet paper everywhere. Before the hurricane, they had good employees and kept the gym clean everyday.

Staff seems complacent and unfriendly, barely even acknowledging your presence as you enter. Locker room littered and lacking in upkeep. Though there is an abundance of equipment, the layout is confusing at best. Showers seem to not have been cleaned in months, not to mention the lack of water pressure and a maximum temperature of almost warm.
