I am here at 4:15 AM Friday, 12/16. Lights & ceiling fans are on but doors are locked. I am very disappointed that there is no sign of anyone working and nothing on the door that the hours have changed from being 24/5.

Cleaned up after the storm. I'm so happy this location is open again. The staff is very helpful and nice.

This planet fitness was hit hard by Hurricane Ian. They were able to get back in service in less than two months. That's pretty impressive and much appreciated by this member.

Extremely frustrating experience trying to cancel my membership. The facility is closed due to Hurricane Ian (I presume; they aren't answering the phone and their website says "due to inclement weather"), and there's no way to cancel other than with my home club.Trying Member Services online resulted in being told to contact my home club or contact another local club for help. I've contacted another club, was told a Regional Manager would contact me, and am still waiting for that response more than one week later.The facility is fine, but the complete lack of customer service from PF as a whole and this region specifically is appalling. Be aware that you'll get absolutely no assistance should you need it.At the least, there should be a toll-free number that members can call when they need help. I also believe that the owner of this facility should also have found some way to route calls to a working number in the four weeks since the storm hit.I've been reluctant to leave such a poor review, but I have no choice at this point. Too bad this experience has soured me on what is otherwise a decent gym.
