This price is awesome, even though it doesn't advertise the $49 annual fee. It's still worth it. Even during peak hours, it's hard NOT to find a machine to complete your workout for the day. They finally started operating on Sundays last month. Sauna is open now too.

I normally do not write reviews until the service provided is exceptionally different. Unfortunately, my visit to Fitness Connection in Trinity Mills road was one of the worst service I've received in a while. I had a pass to get in but I was required the state ID of Texas to get in which was ridiculous. The (so called) manager was the rudest one among all.If the pass that was advertised on the webpage of the gym doesn't work then its better not to advertise falsely and waste people's time.I'm in a way grateful that they didn't let me in. Lifetime Fitness, which is across the street is way better. Basically, they lost us to Lifetime Fitness.

This gym is always overcrowded. It smells like BO as soon as you walk through the door. It does not feel clean at all. The cancelation policy for this gym is ridiculous as well. I would not recommend it. It might be cheap but there are still better options out there.

The quality of the membership has degraded since I joined a couple years back. More machines are out of order, the gym is no longer 24/7, water fountains have warm water and canceling is intentionally made a hassle; you can pay online but not cancel your subscription online, you must write a letter before they will stop withdrawing payments from you. The cleaning stations aren't located near all the machines like other gyms.

Was in today and it was great to see cleaning staff wiping down various areas of the facility. Also, a big plus seeing who looked like the manager going to different machines and making sure they were set for the next person to use and just overall looking over the place. Still some clients that don't wipe down machines after use, but overall a great experience.

Not a reflection on this facility or any other facility. This is regarding cancellation. After trying to get a hold of someone for almost 30 days, and continuing to be charged I finally got through to someone today. Cancelled my account and was informed that I had to give a 30 day notice so I will again be charged again for a membership I haven't used since the COVID outbreak. The "customer service" rep could have cared less. VERY VERY disappointed in fitness connection.

Fitness Connection is not honoring the cancellation letter I sent over three weeks ago. I sent a cancellation letter through certified mail (I have a receipt from this) to their headquarters JUST LIKE IT SAID TO DO IN THE CONTRACT. I still have not heard back from this company. I've tried contacting them directly but am on hold for half an hour or longer before it disconnects. Very poor business practices. This company is not honoring the contract that you sign.

Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym.It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. I would like to send special shout out to Mr. Christian Hosley. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I will definitely be returning for a round two, hope to see you there!

I’m just now getting back into working out and I think I’ve found my gym of the future! The facility is a really good size and they also have all of the state of the art equipment! But what really sold me on this being the gym of my future was the energy from the employees. I spoke to a young man named Christian Hosley and we was as vibrant a person that I’ve ever met! I encourage everyone who reads this to make the switch to this gym ASAP!!!

There are four things I look at when considering signing up at a gym, care of my children, price, cleanliness and equipment. This gym meets these expectations and then some. There is always someone on staff wiping down everything, there is a wide variety of equipment, the price can’t be beat, and hands down my kids are in excellent care. Thank you for your hard work and making this a place I am happy to come work out at often, but most especially, thank you for making my children feel loved and safe. You greet them by name, and make them feel welcome and important as they arrive and leave. Thank you.
