Fantastic place to rock climb. Good for serious climbers and casual people wanting a day of fun with the kids. Very friendly staff. Great routes with a lot of diversity. 55' top rope and lead walls as well as full bouldering with padded floor (no movable pads).

Great facility!!! They have everything from fitness classes to a work out gym. Bouldering and belay! It’s a place where I go occasionally I am kind of far but when I want a vast selection of climbs I go here.

Outstanding summer programs for kids; our teenager did the Expedition program (climbing, bouldering, kayaking, Pilot Man trip) and had a wonderful time. Got belay certified and increased her confidence.

The facilities have greatly improved since they first opened up almost 10 years ago. Its very enjoyable to climb, and its great they have other work out equipment as well (weights, treadmill, etc)

Had a great time climbing with my 6-year-old son! Staff was very helpful and it wasn't too busy even with camps in session. Lots of different routes to try!

It's hard to write a critical review since this is the only real gym option in the area, but here are my honest thoughts after 3 years of membership:1) The route setting cycle needs to be dramatically shortened. There are still numerous routes in the lead area that were set back in 2017 (As of 3/15/18). I love to climb but often find myself leaving the gym out of boredom rather than exhaustion. It's hard to stay motivated and train if you've done the same routes over and over again.2) The gym needs to figure out an effective system for pairing up solo climbers who are looking for belay partners. They have a wrist-band system but I have yet to see it actually work. I know that there is a meetup group but I think an informal system for regular walk-ins should be implemented.3) The music is terrible. Truly terrible. They have a rock-bot app that allows members to request songs, but in practice it turns into a painful mishmash of Skrillex, Abba, Coldplay, Tiesto, and then Journey. No joke, that was the lineup one night. Go ahead and play Abba all night long, but please just give us a theme of some kind.4) There are often children running around unsupervised, sometimes dangerously so. I've seen multiple kids nearly get crushed while running under people who were bouldering above them. I understand that this facility has multiple user groups, but please do a better job of managing this during peak week-day hours.5) Gym management needs to better manage their facility scheduling, particularly with regards to the youth climbing team. I'm a huge fan of youth climbing teams and I'm very impressed with the level of coaching this team gets. But scheduling their practice/training sessions during the peak 5-8pm weekday hours should be looked at. The gym is already packed during this time, and having a group of 10-20 team members taking over a wall during that time seems sub-optimal. If no other feasible time window exists, perhaps "reserve" a few routes for team practice during that time and notify members ahead of time, similar to how a pool has reserved lanes for swim team practice. Right now the entire scene on a weekday evening is quite chaotic and unpleasant to be around.I hope this gym can reduce the chaotic vibe that currently exists on weekday evenings. I'm a fan of the route setting (aside from the frequency) and I think this gym has a lot of potential.

The staff here were not friendly or responsive at all. I had never been there before and it was ten minutes before anyone acknowledged I was at the desk even though the was a staff member was available. Once I was acknowledged there was limited information/instructions given as to what I was to do with the exception of filling out a waiver.Once I paid the admission fee the staff member who was “assisting” consistently acted as if I was an inconvenience and did not even give me a harness even though he asked if I needed one for my daughter. On top of that half of the walls and auto belay systems were made unavailable due to a Birthday party which was understandable but highly disappointing as I had two small children of which I could not belay myself. Making a lot of the auto belays unavailable greatly reduced the the things my kids could do.

Jackson was great-patient, kind. He didn’t mind that I had to eventually go to 2 different shoe sizes. The gym as always was clean with well marked routes.I do think the shoes could be better-they tended to slip on the smaller holds and it was difficult to walk down the wall when lowering because they were slick.

The TRC is great! Their hours are accommodated all types of careers like mine as a nurse. My hours are crazy and being able to come here to use the gym and/or climb before or after work is so beneficial to my well being. They offer so many activities to get to know other people and to take better care of yourself! I love being a member!

Good facility and great staff! Will say that if you're coming here to exclusively boulder then don't get your hopes too high. Good technical routes, but dirty holds that feel like wet moss. The big juicy slabs are reserved for the rope using enthusiast.
