First day, already with problems because the lady yesterday NEVER TOLD US MY GUEST NEEDS AN ID FOR CHECK IN WITH ME... dumb!!!! Just want to make sales without explaining the IMPORTANT to new members... Time wasted going back and forth to get the ID... Planet fitness your employees need more training on what they have to explain... Or have the option to solve it next time... Zero star, but i left 1 because can leave it blank... Why i didnt sign up in 24 hours fitness again... Omg!!! We will see what is next!

This is the worst Planet Fitness location in San Diego area. Employees are kinda rude. The area is a bit on the ghetto side. Plus the showers are so cold its impossible to use them. I have been complaining about it for 7 weeks now. Everytime I get blown off or someone acts shocked. The acting is sup e r poor though. Won't be back unless I'm stuck on that side of town.

The staff was super friendly and motivating. Rosie is always full of energy and very helpful. She makes checking in to the perks so much easier. She has definitely made my experience much better

Everyday I come to the gym it's always a pleasant experience. I usually come at night and the night staff goes above and beyond what they get paid to. They always deliver the best Planet Fitness experience possible. Art (Arturo) is always giving me nutritional advice or educating me in macros. Let's not forget Juan, everytime I'm here I feel as if he is my number 1 supporter, spotting me when I need to go heavy or teaching me proper form. I apperaticate them for always pressuring me to push myself. By far the best gym experience I have ever had.

Almost every visit the men's bathrooms are filthy, paper everywhere, and no toilet seat covers, besides that, the gym is not bad..

Coming here for some time. The front desk Lil bratthat is in early in the morning has The WORST attitude, lack of customer Service and Always with that 'I Hate My Life Face'.Nobody feels Welcome. I understand it's your Job but Don't take it So SERIOUSLY. You are Not the Owner and we the customers Pay Your bills.Also repeating my cellphone Number EVERYDAY to a bunch of strangers is annoying. has to be a better way of checking in.No Soap and Toilet paper in the bathroom.

I'm overall fine with this gym, ya get what ya pay for, but for nearly over the past MONTH now the water fountain has been BROKEN....that's a pretty big one at a gym....it remains broken every day i arrive...including a growing list of machines that have "Out of Order" signs that never get fixed! A leaky ceiling with a bucket as solution....a tv in Hip&Ab room stuck on one image....the fans are never on anymore, and i hear from my boyfriend the men's bathroom has issues always....please whoever owns this gym TAKE CARE OF IT will ya?!!?!?!?

The staff is unprofessional, they make you wait a long time to change your account membership or to cancel. If you are lady, avoid working out during the day. Guys will hit on you, including the personal trainer. If you have a membership/access issue, simple problems cannot be handled at the counter. You will wait longer. If you come at 6:00 pm, good luck. You will wait much longer. Staff is not empowered and there no systems in place to take care of customers that have been coming for a long time. Fresh meat takes priority. Two memberships were lost today, they can keep their unprofessionalism and inexperience. Zero stars on this can of diarreah. BBB claim will follow, they shouldn't exist.

Used to be a good place to workout( 2yr ago) as today its really beat up place, where the bathrooms always missing toilet paper, duty, or broken, on top of it your Privacy while changing clothes to works out on the man lockers,A maintenanceGIRL is allowed to go in and out without notice. Do they allowed Man to go into Women’s Locker and see them naked we no notice, I think they violating privacy.

Very clean gym. Doesn't get too crowded and they have a lot of amenities if you're a black card member. That includes free classes, hydromassage, a total body vibration machine, and even half off beverages. You do not need to bring a lock since their lockers have a built in lock in them so that's definitely convenient. Bathrooms and showers are clean as well. They have plenty of machines for both cardio and weightlifting so it's highly unlikely you'll be left waiting for your turn even if it's a busy hour. I recommend this gym to anyone.
