This is my "filler" gym... When I don't go to LA Fitness with my sister (she can bring in guests), I come here so that I don't miss my workouts... There's usually plenty of machines, albeit, it's usually very packed in the afternoon through late night. Probably due to the nice low membership costs... They have enough machines and free weights to get a workout in, but it's not designed for mega-uber bodybuilders.They just don't have enough weights for heavy lifters.

Overall, staff are friendly, facility are typically kept clean. Con- they don’t provide hand sanitizer or toilet seat covers. They run out of paper towels at times. Toilet stalls tends to stay dirty but they do clean I believe every hour.

The price is good for the gym. But the up keep is terrible so many people working but the same gym equipment stays out of order .... and the restrooms .... terrible toilet paper holder broken never has toilet paper handi cap bathroom chair uneven last time someone told me they slipped on it. Door locks dont work.... need to get people to fix it. Not the only one that complains about this stuff...

Get ready to wait long lines to get in. Because all the equipment it's indoors. (All the other gym's offer some outdoor activity) over charges without notice or emails or text. Poor customer service. I was paying the basic membership it was 10 dlls. and now without notice they are charging me 40 dlls for the premium membership.And take a ride on there street porta potty. On a 90 degree weather.

This place has to be the worst planet fitness they do not upkeep with cleanliness whoever owns this franchise should come and see this place nothing like the one in Eastlake always clean staff always cleaning but Chula Vista on Broadway no way always dirty mold needs serious cleaning

I count ~58 treadmills and 4 stair climbers, 2 of which are broken. Overall nice place but 58 and 2 cannot be the right ratio.They do have red light therapy machines which I appreciate and none of the locations in Orlando (where I live) have, at least that I've seen.

Great place. Good price. Bathrooms need more keepup for sure, but friendly staff. Also cleaning machines,closing them down during busy periods not always a plus.

I went two times to get information. I waited more than 30 minutes to not bet attended. Front desk decided to attend over 20 customers and people who signed online while i waited. There was no "I will be with ypu shorthly" or anything. Left because of extremely bad customer service both times. Really PF?Chuze offer way better customer service

Super convenient 24 hrs service, nice equipment and staff

It's been over a month and still no trainer. The trainer they had was fired and we expressed our concern as to when there would be a new one since last time it took about two months and Micia (manager) said that it wouldn't be that long, that she had replaced trainers within a week at other clubs and that she already had a long list to pick from for this one... well, we're almost at the two month mark again and were told that there are no qualified candidates!!! Our options are to go to National City and use their trainer, really? If I would've wanted to go out of my way to National City I would've joined there!!! If I'm paying a membership for a product I expect to receive what I pay for. I wonder if corporate is aware of the lack of professionalism in delivering what they offer at this gym? Basically, if you want a guided workout don't go here.
