Billy - manager was rude to my 18 year old son and has no professional customer service skills. I have been a member on and off for 3 yrs and as of today I will cancel my membership.

The National city facility rocks it, there is always parking available, the equipment is good and tons of it, the staff is very nice too. You enjoy working out in an environment like that.

Great gym, really low key. Especially nice around noon where the crowds die down. Locker rooms always have spaces and showers available. I love that there's a separate upstairs area dedicated to assisted strength training machines. Really let's you feel like you're doing something by changing environment every now and then.

Really nice workers, prob the best PF in all San Diego with a wide array of machines. Smith machines are always taken, but this gym is also much cleaner than others.
