Went in to cancel my membership because I’m already paying for access at my school’s gym. The female employee who was working shouted “YOU’RE CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP?” very condescendingly after I told her. She didn’t even let me finish reading the terms and agreement for my cancellation before signing on the pin pad. Our transaction was rushed. She was not professional and was incredibly rude. Planet Fitness, do better.

Clean, relaxed environment and helpful staff. I've been a member since 2019 and especially enjoy the black card services like red-light therapy and tanning. I go here to decompress/for self-care and work on my amateur powerlifting goals all in one. The social atmosphere is generally respectful, courteous, and laid back BUT on a rare occasion, I have seen some entitled condescending types come in--which is not the fault of the establishment or its workers. A lot of my former colleagues have seen me go from sedentary to aspiring athlete, and I constantly reccomend this gym as a great place to start their journey in fitness and be able to take things at their own pace.

The staff are all very nice. The club is clean, doesn't have that gross gym smell, and they have a great selection of machines. It's huge, so there is plenty of space to move around without invading anyone's space.

I REALLY, REALLY need this place to go back to 24/7 hours.Also, there's a major discrepancy between how busy the app says the place it is, and reality. I went one day (just a random Monday, as I recall), the app said it was about half full yet when I got there the line stretched out the door! I went to go run some errands and an hour (or so) later it was no better, so I left.They don't provide towels, but that's OK. I just wish I'd known beforehand.I LOVE the lock system in the locker rooms! So clever.

This is not your typical planet fitness. This gym is very spacious, has many areas. Downstairs you have your free weights, cables, machines, 360 room which is pretty big: They include a step-up platform, a TRX suspension unit, a dip, medicine balls, kettle bells, suspension chin-ups, cables with attachments, monkey bars, and a battle rope.Upstairs you have your cardio machines, a stretch room, leg station which have your common leg machines. You also have a circuit area.Overall the gym has enough room to workout and not bump into someone like LA fitness for example. They are constantly cleaning, have cleaning stations all over the gym. It’s the best gym in the area.The customer service is great, they welcome you and say goodbye when you’re leaving. When I had issues with my account they were very helpful and never made me feel uncomfortable. For me this is something extra, you go to the gym to workout and create your experience not to be friends with staff. Don’t be discourage of joining this gym for the reviews regarding the staff.

Absolute horrible company. ITS A COMPLETE SCAM. The price is extremely cheap so they get you In the door. Once you leave and ask to cancel the membership you own they will say the account has been closed and you won't be charged. ITS A LIE!!!! they will not actually cancel the membership they will keep charging you. its a horrible I absolutely hated it. the only good part was GETTING OVER WITH. do not go to this gym. if you don't have much money I promise you its not worth it. you will end up paying more later than other gym memberships.

Nice, clean location. I just joined PF last week and have been to 3 different locations checking which one I like most. They all pretty much have the same machines but the layout differs slightly. The spa areas are well kept in all three. However, overall this location has to be the cleanest! I kept seeing the staff wiping areas down constantly. They even approached me since my mask wasn't fully covering my nose 😷 lol I'm good with that! This one is definitely my favorite with the university Ave location a close second.

The reasons why I absolutely love Planet Fitness, specially this location is that they regularly clean & maintain the premises. They have their crew constantly going throughout the day to clean, restock and make sure things are working properly. This translates into an environment which is welcoming and doesn't reek with body odor as I've experienced with crunch in & 24 hour fitness. It's very affordable and you don't see as many "lunks" as other gyms. This location is very spacious and has a lot of equipment as well. Overall it's my favorite gym.

Great staff and good equipment but some of it doesn’t have enough weight for my high weight low reps days. Also, could have more squat racks because they’re full a lot of the time.

This is the nicest planet fitness I've ever been too. Clean and well maintained. Wish my local club was this nice.
