Lot of space. Crowded in the evenings but rarely have to wait for anything It does have a few lunkheads that gravitate towards the free weights. Would like to see a heavier enforcement of workout attire. Saying that though the staff is friendly and overall do not feel intimidated.

My wife joined this gym five months ago and for the past four months has tried to cancel. They say every time that the cancelation has gone through; it never has. Reporting this business to the better business bureau.

Good place to work out but This company Is a thief I canceled over a year ago and I just got charged over a year later 30$ and I only had the 10$ membership so how is that possible? Y out of nowhere am I getting charged? And after acknowledging my cancellation over a year ago they are making it extremely difficult to give me my money back? Now it’s chump change an I almost didn’t notice it but how many other people are they burning out there?

Came yesterday to check out gym and took a tour. I really liked this place and everyone seemed really nice and polite. The black card are too extra for my taste but my work offers perks that I wanted to check out before signing up that day. I came back today ready to sign up and unfortunately I did not want to spend my time waiting in line, then wait to sign up, then be closed by then. I tried entering to sign up then get in line. Worker stopped me and said I have to wait and then sign up. I told him then I won't sign up and spend my night waiting tonight. He proceeds to saying sounds good with a chuckle and a grin I can notice through his mask. What a joker. He even got some people laughing while I was walking away. Whatever kid. Maybe this isn't the place for me.In response to owner, no thank you. With all due respect, if your are the owner responding to these reviews it should be your responsibility to handle these complaints to the best of your abilities . I'm not the type to go out of my way to an establishment and complain because your staff laughed at me. I already joined another gym with more accessibility and without the maturity of children as staff. All planet fitness has to advertise is price and "friendly" staff. Price isn't an issue for me and you failed me with the friendliness. Thank you

It's FINALLY OPEN!! I just called minutes ago (0450) and a real staff answered! She claimedIt opened yesterday at 2 pm. Can't wait to check it out !

Signing up, i was told the gym would be open in January. I also saw a commercial on TV that said it was open. It's literally April now and I wasted my time driving here. Thanks yall

Signed up early March and they told me they would be open later that same month. It's almost May and the gym is not even close to being done. I'll just cancel the membership.
