This gym is very clean and has a good selection of equipment. I have seen a cleaning man many times. I workout in the late morning and it's never crowded. The daycare is very convenient and was my main reason for joining this gym. I wasn't going to get a personal trainer at first but I ended up changing my mind. I am so glad I did because my trainer is incredible. I have learned so much while training with her and am so happy to have her as my trainer.

The price is affordable, but the parking lot is tight. Its a clean environment, but the locker room could be better. The front staff and personal trainers are HORRIBLE!! My boyfriend had two altercations with them, yet I think the class instructors a GOOD! Classes need to be more flexible with times and days. Overall I get my $20.00 worth out of Xsport....MORE STAIR MASTER MACHINES IS NEEDED!!

Nice Gym for the size, Great Personal Training Staff, more like a help desk, always willing to lend helpful advise. I recommend my trainer Tony, funny how i got a trainer with the same name as me, but he is great and has helped me incredibly! Parking is rough after work so now we schedule our sessions before in the am.

I'm going to give this spot a 2 only because I really liked the gym it was nice and the people were nice. It was my first gym I ever signed up for and I had a good time. It was affordable I had to pay 40 dollars down payment and 20 dollars a month. But I feel like I should've read reviews before I signed up. I didn't know that I had to write a letter to cancel my membership and in fear that they will continue taking money out of my account I changed my card number. Yes it was affordable but I can't afford it right now! They should have an easier cancellation process.

I really dislike this gym!! They have the worst daycare all the girls who work there are always on there phone!! My husband and I were watching my son get bully while the girl had her back on them and my son was trying to tell her that they were messing with him and she brushed him off. As a mother I don't feel comfortable leaving my son there!

It's a nice gym considering the amount of space they had to work with. I love that it's 24 hours since I work odd hours. The staff is so-so.. some employees are super nice and others just don't care. My biggest complaint would have to be how I was mislead when I signed up. I was told that if I paid for a more expensive membership that I would be able to go to other locations like the full gym in Chicago Ridge. Yet when I asked later I was told that I'd have to get a separate membership with the location in Chicago Ridge! Plus I signed up with a personal training who was completely incompetent - she forgot about our first meeting and actually scheduled someone else for the same time. The other person was cool with it and we ended up having a nice workout together but I was still rather upset about it. The real kicker was that my trainer was more concerned about my shoes then actually helping me work out. Every session she'd just go ON and ON and ON about how I needed new shoes . Yes my shoes were a little worn out but they in no way inhibited my ability to workout nor did they smell nor did my toes poke out of holes or anything. The heels were just worn down! I was so fed up with her that I just stopped going to the gym period out of embarrassment for a while. I've started going again and just workout on my own but ugh! Seriously! Some people can't afford everything. I spent my savings on getting a crappy personal trainer instead of new clothes. A decision I regret. So what I'm trying to say is that the gym its self is decent for the price and convenient for its hours. Just don't expect much from the staff.

The trainers are great and always helpful. The whole staff is very friendly and cheerful. The parking lot is a little overcrowded and the women's bathroom needs more tending too.

I used to be a member of Xsport for almost 6 months but I canceled it due to my busy schedule. I love the cheap price they offer to its members to join the gym, $35 a month. Nothing can beat that considering you get to use everything in the gym including the spa, basketball court and sauna.

Nice place, small locker rooms, but did good with the tight space. Love the battling ropes and the turnaround on equipment repair is pretty good. Please put different channels on big TV's. That's why there are so many, variety.

I went in with a 7 day free pass; however, their "salesmen" (worse than the worst cars sales men) would not let me work out without signing up. Whats the point of offering this free pass if you will not let the customer's try your gym out? The more I told him "no thank you" the more he pushed the membership. He actually let me leave because I refused to sign up for a membership right there. The most ignorant and rude situation I have ever been through.Needless to say, Charter Fitness gained a membership specifically because I was able to try the equipment out before I signed up and they didn't have hound dogs as "salesmen".
