Ughhhh, it's were the games begin. Once you hit there your off to the races. You get a great vibe, good energy, and good atmosphere. Plus the eye candy don't hurt, jajaja

Didn't like the Customer service + to many hiding extra charges + you got to pay some money to use the spa but is only one person at the time plus you need to make an appointment for that and also sometimes the spa area doesn't work..... not recommended

I wanted to cancel my membership and the manager Kelly said “ they are out of cancel forms” but assured me the she will cancel account in the system. I am Still getting charged for my monthly fees. The management in this location is Incompetent.

I love the place!! Everyone is friendly.Everytime i go theres a man cleaning the machines. Iworked out with Jayleen i think i spelled his name right, super nice man I think hes the manager. I bought the 20.00 a month plan so i could go to multiple locations.

Pretty clean place even has child care. Clean locker rooms. Watch tv directly on tread mills. They even sell lots of drinks and supplements. Rates under $20 month.Lots of people (serious) slam weights on the ground ect when lifting. Not cool and annoying. Staff says thats ok. Don't see people wiping down equipment. Every third tv has music with ads from business. ReallyId rate higher if they actually address the slamming of weights. Brought it up to the very young staffers they hire. Distracting and unprofessional.

Great place!! Super clean always friendly and the staff is extremely professional. Chris is a great guy as well. Big ups to them. Could not be happier. Love this place. Please keep it up. Worlds better than Matteson. You guys rock

Subpar gym....they need to work on there cleaning and better and or newer equipment. They have enough staff to at least stay on top cleaning the machines and floors but they do not. A fair amount of equipment are down too much and womens bathroom are disguising.
