Probably the biggest gym in Chicago area. I workout here sometimes cuz they have tons of equipment and lotta space. Would never give them 4 or 5 stars cuz their sales are based on lies and hidden fees.

This place is awesome. There's a feeling of fellowship when you enter those doors. Like we are a secret club, lol. No really, it's a great place with so many optional equipment to use,and the staff are on point.

Changing my review and taking my business elsewhere. I pull up at 9:02 and the taller white guy working at the desk says we can let your guest in. I'm here everyday with my sister to work out. Its absurd that because of a traffic light I cant get in after 2 mins? Make the 30 min drive home? I'm canceling my account asap.

TERRIBLE GYM. Cancelled a whole year ago and I️ have been charged $10 to my card about three times and $20 twice since then. Went in to complain about it because my membership had supposedly been cancelled already. Managers do not inform you of fees when you first sign up, the corporate doesn’t even answer the phone. Just last week my card was charged $20 again and tried calling corporate and still no answer. Worst gym ever.

Great place to come for a workout. Very busy but you will never have to wait long for a machine. Trainers will always be there to answer questions and there is child care for parents with kids. Overall, small but awesome!

Utilizes the small space it has quite nicely. Staff is friendly, but no one seems to walk around ensuring weights are put back where they need to go. Wished the personal trainers walked around giving out tips and safety advice. But overall it's a good bargain.

I was really excited to become an xsport member but was quickly sad by my bad expirence. I had gotten a free 7 day pass but when I arrived I was told that I need to make a membership in order to use the pass and put down a down payment which makes zero sense if the pass is supposed to be free. I decided just to give the membership a shot and see how i liked the gym. All the staff just sit around and chit chat which makes it very hard to approach them if you have questions because they look like they don’t want to be bothered. They don’t explain any part of a membership, the contract, or even cancelling well. The weights are all disorganized and not cared for. The best part about this gym was the spa which was very nice but that shouldn’t be the best part of a gym. Very unhappy with my expirence because I had high hopes for this gym

Every time I come to Xsport Matt the general manager greats me and my daughters. I feel so welcome just like home . He is so awesome. This is the best gym in the area. The gym is always clean and up kept. Everyone is friendly and helps me with anything I need! Love I.T!

Overall good gym to get in and get out, but the experience I have had the past few months has sucked! One of the front end "managers" gave me a sales pitch to sign up for personal training and give me 3months free memberships free because I was over paying for childcare. What was discussed never happened. I was told I could come three days a week but found out later I was only paying for 1 day a week. Too much money for 1 day. The management is rude, my business is constantly being discussed amongst staff and management never explained or apologized. He wanted to take more money out of my account. The guy who signed me up, avoided me constantly when I tried to confront him about it. My advice is read fine print and get copies of EVERYTHING Including the stuff they jot down for show. My trainer was super nice, and had no idea what was going on until it was brought to his attention and the personal trainer manager was nice as well. I'd rather stick to my regular membership. All they cared about was the money. Super upset about it.

The facilities are clean. The staff are always willing to help. They offer child care, and there's usually a short wait or no wait for machines. Get RIPPED
