Decent prices. P.A.N hung up on me when i asked about the basketball courts on the basic plan and whole time i was thinking about getting the premium. Get better staff please. They are throwing off the vibe

Victor is an amazing trainer at crestwood Xsport. I came in and spoke to him about my goals and where I wanted to be and hes helped me greatly! He also changes each session up to make it different and keeps the motivation going. Victor is very professional I would highly recommend him for training!!

Eddie is a wonderful trainer who really wants the best for his clients. Will the manager is wonderful, Victor is a fine young man and I am so great full to be apart the XSport Fitness family.

Tons of equipment, classroom was able to be used when classes were not in session.the trainers were friendly, but reception staff not as much. I started showing up with a cane due to health issues and received a comment about spending time with the grandkids. (Not married/no kids) That was the last straw. sometimes the parking lot was getting so crowded I would leave or on a day off leave and come back later. Promo parties featured thumping music. Not my thing in the morning. Decide for yourself.

Glad I canceled after reading these reviews. The vibe was off and it all seemed like sales, not passion. Staff also weren't tactful and dishonest about fees. Lastly, the week day class schedules didn't have morning start times. Xsport was very different back in 2007, great gyms then.

9 times out of 10, the employees didn't know how to set up the tanning beds, so I could never use my membership (which cost extra!) Then when I asked how to cancel my membership, an employee says, "Giving up already?" Wow. Then I had to write a letter explaining (lucky for them, I simply said I'm moving) and it took MONTHS to go through! I was charged those months, too.

If you are looking for a gym, XSport in Crestwood is not the one. First of all the gym is always dirty, machines are always broken, managers dress so unprofessional. Workers at XSport do not know how to treat clients. They tell you you can cancel but do not tell you that they will still charge you, or charge a cancellation fee. Not to mention works like to talk loud enough about other works for everyone to hear. I would spend the extra money and go someone else. Not to mention they offer unlimited classes for 10$ a month, but then NEVER EVER EVER have trainers to train them. Once the good trainers left they never rehired anyone. Even after asked by multiple people if they would have trainers for the classes. Responses always was yes and then you show up and the answer was no.Best decision I ever made was leaving this place. I cannot wait to call corporate Monday morning!

Terrible gym, the customer service here is really bad. How do you respond with an attitude when the customer is asking a question? They do not greet you when you enter and they never understand when you need something as simple as a print out for wellness reimbursement from your employer. Onetime I entered and the lady at the counter was so rude to the guy behind me that asked about free towels that he yelled at her out of frustration. The women’s locker rooms are never clean and this is disappointing.I initially switched to Xsport because of the equipment options. I never had these issues at planet fitness.

Daycare hours are great, daycare employees are friendly, and the price per month for children is more than reasonable! Gym is also usually clean and well kept considering all the people that come and go throughout the day. No complaints 😀I also recommend the classes!! …

I came to workout at this location under the impression that my membership covered all gyms but I was only allowed to go to all Express gyms so I understand why they said I couldn't workout there, but then I ask to pay a day pass because I was only in Cicero for some military training only for the manager to tell me that they wont charge me a day pass because I was already a member and I would have to upgrade. Customer service here is a joke if I want to pay for a day pass i should be able to have that option dont force me to upgrade to use your facility when I will only use it once. The front desk girl was nice but that's about it. Not very welcoming and if this is how they treat military personnel I'm glad I just left. Zero stars.
