Great that it's 24hrs. Convenient for parents of small kids. My son always wants to go to the gym after school. The floor outs crowded at times but that just means ppl care about their health. Would definitely recommend

This is the review for Xsport, Crestwood!It’s probably my closest option and that’s why I still come here to workout. Nice people are coming to workout as well so maybe that’s the only reason why I’m still coming here but if they don’t change anything, I’ll probably be gone for good. The bottom line was that, they changed me $2 to give me a new key tag, really!? Mine was getting old and I wasn’t able to scan it anymore so I always had to have someone to help me with it. That’s greedy and I cannot believe that happened to me! I’m ur member and u should give me a free key tag. The other thing is that, they never had that carpet cleaned! It smells really bad especially in the mans locker room. Get estimates from 2-3 companies and get your carpets cleaned, once in 2-3 years at least lol. That’s it’s so unacceptable and I cannot take it anymore. Sunday and Saturday all the garbage cans are loaded and people dropping stuff all around the garbage cans and that thing is really ugly to see especially in the mans bathroom. I hope u guys will learn something from this review and will improve and keep me there. Hope this helpful!!!

The staff is amazing! My personal trainer (LV) is above & beyond amazing! I go there at least 6/7 days out of the week and I've always recieved positive vibes. As busy as they are in the morning a staff member still recommended some stretches AND helped me stretch because I was so sore after have being a couch potato for far too long lol. My personal trainer has THE best attitude and she pushes me the whole hour. My workouts are always different..not a dull moment in 60 minutes. I started at 183 lbs..I'm down to 167 and this is the first time I've worked out in 8 years. I owe her the credit of my consistency because I don't dread coming to the gym to get my sets in, they're fun and effective! She's awesome, they're awesome!

Gym is small but I guess it's understandable being an express location. Doesn't offer towels which I've tried to understand but don't really. The overall cleanliness of the gym is poor especially in the locker room. There were paper towels all over the floor and in the workout areas there were free weights scattered everywhere that had not been returned to the racks. Still one of my least favorite XSports

This probably one of the most unpleasant gym experiences I've had in quite sometime. I haven't even had the opportunity to have my first workout (it’s only been 3 days) and there are already issues. For starters, I signed up online and as suggested, I went in during a time when a manager should be available for the customary introductory tour... Well there was one person at the front desk managing check-ins, questions, etc. I had a few additional questions about club use and the like; but it was almost like my issues were secondary to her other desk duties. To make my experience even worse, there was an online promo for 1$ signup with the first two weeks free. Well not so fast! As soon as I handed over my info, my card was charged. This wouldn't be a huge deal since I was going to have to pay anyway. It just would've been nice if there was some form of communication. And don't bother calling customer service. I waited on hold for over 40 minutes...

The gym is very spacious and relatively clean at all times. The only bad thing about this gym is the staff not including the trainers. The staff have the worst attitudes, which could ruin someone’s workout without even starting. There’s no respect from the employees. Even after spending over a year at the gym with the same staff, they still treat you as if you’re new. They want verification after signing in and give a hard time even after seeing me consistently everyday for over a year.

Open 24/7. Has it's times when it's crowded but how many places actually are 24 hours and not throw pizza in your face while you're trying to lose weight.

They are out of soap in the womans bathroom! How disgusting! Im touching all this equipment that everyone else is touching and i cant wash my hands??? Super duper gross! 😬😬😬😬😬 …

First time in this one. Really good except the guy who was there. I wait for him for 17 mins. After he showed up. He was not kind... you guys should tell this guy to improve his attention and say sorry instead of being in the cellphone

THERE IS NO POOL OR STEAM/SAUNA. I've been a member for a while and I'm a bit annoyed at the people leaving reviews for a place they have obviously never been. (I drove quite far to take advantage the pool that wasn't here) Great gym though!
