Great work out atmosphere, protein shakes very good and staff knows about there products. Staff wants to see you prosper in ur work out goals.

The master trainer is a jerk. I did not want to work out outside so he told me “I already got paid, so you can go home.” he was unprofessional.

They need to fire some of there employees. For not doing there job my speaker got stole and they said they can’t do nothing about it. All I have to say is watch what you leave cause people are willing to steal anything.

Poorly maintained equipment, poor sanitary standards, felt like I would contract covid just by breathing the air in there. And then when I tried to cancel my membership, they made it as difficult as possible. Horrible staff. Just horrible, and rude as well. Plenty of other gyms out there that offer quality service. Stay away from xsport

I only Visit this gym when at my parents house who live in the area. Meaning I’ve only been here 3 times. In those 3 times I have Been asked a total of 4 times if I would Be interested in a personal trainer. One employee even stopped me mid workout to ask. It’s honestly getting offensive. Please tell your employees to leave the guests alone

Worst Xsport I've been to in the Chicagoland area. Gym does not stay open 24/7 50% chnace of the gym being close so dont expect to be able to work out early in the AM. Equipment is all over the place, roof leaks every where in the gym and gym has a moldy smell throughout the whole building.

This place is an absolute dump. Stay away at all costs. Signed up here two weeks ago and I have yet to see a dumbbell under 30 pounds in the entire place. Half the machines are broken or in terrible shape. I thought the stair master i was on was going to break down because it was making odd noises. The manager Ryan is more concerned about getting former employees memberships cancelled then keeping the place clean and having proper working equipment. Not to mention one of the personal trainers was hitting on me mid workout. Very uncomfortable! Get it together Xsport!

The overall state of the machines/equipment is just dismal. There aren't many stations with disinfectant spray, and I notice way more people simply getting off machines without wiping anything down compared to other gyms I go to. Probably due to the inconvenience compared to places like Tinley Planet Fitness. The paper towel dispensers here are sparsely placed and old- sometimes you have to really work to get a paper towel out.Some of the weight options on machines are stuck. They have one leg press machine and the foam grip on the left is literally missing with just bare metal there. I wish I had examined the equipment before buying a year here- I had assumed it was still upkept to the same degree as when I had a membership here years ago, and I was wrong. It used to be nice.If you want to use yoga mats for any exercises, they have a studio you can use but there are only a couple of mats and they're so thin that they're useless.There's usually only one working stair machine at any given point. The women's locker room smells like feet half the time.It's depressing working out here. If I could get my money back for the year I paid for, I would. It's obvious that XSport doesn't care about this location in the slightest. Nothing says "get in shape" like dirty looking, unoiled machines that have the lining peeling off.Members deserve better than what corporate has provided for this location.

They blast ghetto music at night, it’s so annoying. Not everyone likes that kind of music, that’s the entire point of headphones. Why does my workout need to be disrupted by poor taste? If you wanna listen to that, fine by me, just don’t blast it throughout the entire gym and wear headphones like the rest of us. Also, people don’t know how to be courteous and rerack their weights when they’re done. I am of small frame and this is such an inconvenience, you’d think men who can lift so much can at least lift the weight off to put it away.
