I’m I’ve been an actual member at this gym for over 5yrs and if it wasn’t for convenience I would’ve been left. let’s start with the horrible smell that hits you when you walk through the door it makes you want to run the other way.I’m guessing the horrible stitch is coming from the fact that when it rains the roof has multiple leaks into the gym in which this gym has carpet that looks & small as if it’s never been cleaned. Also more than half of the machines are out of order.I really use to enjoy the group classes but the instructor come when ever they want to but I don’t blame them

Machines stay broken. Weights are always everywhere when I come overnights. Noone overseeing the organization of product overnights. 2or3 guys basically take over the gym overnight

This gyms basically a hole in the wall.One squat rack, and one of every other machine.Don't come to this place if you want to squat because someone will be using it.Dumbbell and plates are all over the place but what else is new for xsport.

X sport has great deals now where you only pay about $23 for unlimited classes. Daily you can also get a hydro massage and tan. Nice upgrades, I'm just waiting for more classes to be added. I understand that limited classes have been rendered due to Covid-19.

It was clean. I love the daycare and the ladies working it are so sweet and great with my daughter and niece. My sister abs I took the boxing class. I like the instructors approach. I'll be back soon!

Anthony was very helpful. Showed me a few other features that came w/my membership. Only reason not 5 stars because it was kinda busy for the time of evening (10p.) Parking lot was full so I parked in BACK of building. LADIES be aware of this if u workout alone late nite; very dark. Otherwise, clean location.

Recently got into an accident that has put me out of work and obviously out of the gym. I called their Crestwood location and the manager at the time said he would handle it and cancel my account since I’m not able to drive. Fast forward weeks later and I’m charged again, I call in and new management says the account was not closed and I would have to pay a cancellation fee since I can’t come in to cancel. Extremely upset how this gym has been handling customers ever since covid restrictions were lifted. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK OR RECOMMENDING.

I upgraded my membership to come at here at 5:00 am before work, but theThe person in charge to open and the manager never open on time, it’s been more than five time that they don’t open not even at 5:30 or 6:00, specially on Friday today 9/18/20 it’s 5:45 n still waiting!!!!

The worst gym ever I work out at this location. At 5 morning and they never open on time and they all ways late to open the gym looks like they don't care about they costumer or clients this location is getting worse and worse every day

Disgusting. I do my work ,and i ask to used the tanning bed. They didnt even clean the bed in front of my eyes. They gave me a towel and told me what room to go tan at.... crestwood location is disgusting. I recommend matteson xsport over crestwood
