I prefer coming to locations such as this because it’s less popular. There is a sacrifice in available equipment. Equipment is older (some). Though there are Freemotion machines and the DB’s go up to 120lbs the TRX and Olympic Lifting platforms are designated to CPT’s only. The staff for the most part is friendly. Most equipment is widely available mid-day. All 24 hour fitness locations are over sold as well as over saturated to a point where the occupancy is well over a safe level with limited employees and no adequate emergency preparedness (something to strongly consider when searching for a club to train at).The clientele (members) are mostly older (above 55).The location is not the choice like the one on 7th as far as well placed and thought out current high intensity type training.

Same as Roseville, downtown, Folsom, Antelope etcthis 24 is gross, dirty, hardly ever cleaned, dirty air ducts, MULTIPLE HEALTH VIOLATIONS clean with NATURAL cleaners, not harmful deadly chemicals.clean the saunas, pool, locker rooms. Is 24Hour now a Goodwill? Can yall train and actually manage? Have some self respect. Respect your community, hire some people with brains and a heart.24 has turned into a cesspool. Do children own and run this business, what a travesty of unaccountability.when I worked at 24, we actually cared and did our jobs above and beyond. Pay your people 24, is that why they dont care?

The person at the desk was rude all i wanted was a day pass 20$ so my fiancée and i can get our work out in. She took 5 minutes staring at my ID card and then asked if i had a local ID. What is a "local ID" have to do with anything. I have gone to other locations where my ID wasn't a problem.

I have witnessed this facility Slowly and gradually Deteriorate. If a piece of equipment malfunctionns or breaks it takes months to repair. The facility is always dirty and smells. They vacuum about once a month. If you bring something up to the staff that needs repair They just shrugged their shoulders.

Whatever you do, don’t try to cancel your account because they will tell you they cancelled it but then don’t fully cancel and not want to refund you when your account is charged. After being accused by one manager of not telling the employee I wanted my account cancelled fully, even though she admitted to seeing the account has not been used in months. So apparently I like to pay for stuff and not use it. After she referred to the situation with a metaphor. “It’s like rent you gotta pay it whether you sleep there or not”. But when I cancel my rent agreement and don’t live there anymore, they don’t continue to charge me then blame me for not being more clear than saying “cancel the account and agreement fully”. Charged me two different payments of $49.99 and offered to refund $58 and I’m supposed to be ok with that? Waiting on a higher up manager than the first, would rather contact from the owner but doubt that would happen. Ridiculous.

This gym is always so clean, the staff is friendly, members are kind and the prices are better than the cheap gyms. Even though the cheap ones are cheaper monthly, after start up fees and annual fees, it’s cheaper than any other gym around. Love it

It’s been a year since the Covid restrictions have been lifted and they still refuse to go back to 24 hours. It’s been almost 2 years now that they’ve closed at 10pm and open at 5am yet they don’t offer anything to make up for it and continue to charge the same membership prices. I could only get to the gym on my off days after the hours changed and it was basically a waste of a membership. I was a member for 6 years but I had to cancel my membership. Doesn’t make any sense to be called 24 hour fitness but actually close

Why call the place 24 hour fitness if the hours aren't 24 hours? I mean I guess its ok, because its clean on the inside
