24 Hour Fitness

Kevin and the front desk is horribly disrespectful, his attitude with the customer wasn't appropriate, lack of professionalism, he denied to explain how membership works.He didn't let me and my friend as guest in to workout while I pay 52.99$ per membership monthly and I'm fully allowed to bring one guest anytime and this was the first time in a year of membership that he didn't allowed me in this branch to bring guest, he said every gym has his own policy while 24 hours supposed to have same policy national wide but he reject that.I had the worst experience from this branch since I'm a 24 hrs member.

A bit run down. Could use better cleaning in evening. Should be called fitness 15, due to closing early. The AC blows right in your face when you run on treadmill. Many of the treadmills are outdated and don't work. They do try to fix them though.Spa, jacuzzi, sauna are great.

The gym is good, but when it comes to canceling a membership, they try their best to give you a hard time and delay your cancellation. I called today and they refused to cancel my membership. The operator says that I need to wait for the manager to come, 2 or 3 days. And even when the manager comes, he will not cancel it. He needs to review your file first, and call you back( I explained I am very busy , and I may not be able to answer, the operator sorry sir, this is how it works!). It means it will probably take days or weeks just to cancel my membership. Stealing money is not good !!!. , Please respect customers' right to cancel.

I adore this gym. Even when it's crowded, there are machines available thanks to the helpful personnel and clean facility. The other 24-hour workout centers I've been to (in Rohnert Park, Santa Barbara, and Costa Mesa) aren't as good as this one. Equipment is set up properly, there is no absurd apparatus, and there aren't many morons (i.e. leg machines are in one general area, arms, abs, etc.). Going to a new gym and finding that everything is disorganized and you can't maximize your workout is the ultimate source of frustration. This is a wonderful location if you want to lift weights.

The employees at this dump hate their life so much they can’t even show up to open the gym on time. Pure trash. Charging people money with false hours.

We had a positive experience. We hope our positive experiences continue. This was our 1st time and we are happy.

I am totally happy with this Gym, they are clean and their pool, sauna and jacuzzi were excellent

i went to the office 24 hours fitness on may 30 i told for her please cancel my membership because some month you have charged me since covid-19 started because my wife and i did not come to GYM she accepted and told me your membership canceled, you receive cancellation email unfortunately she didn't cancelled , i went back to day and cancelled my membership The manager offered me i can freeze your membership i told for her no I'm sorry every time freeze my memberships after that you deducted money for my account.

They have all the toys you could want. Gym is kept clean. Classes are to be expected for a corporate gym.

Literally not ONE person was wearing a mask, even while there is a mandate!? It is not the employees fault but it is definitely the corporation’s fault and a reflection of the type of person the typical gym rat is.
