My son Connor is working with Jesse at MOVE, in the BBA (Build A Better Athlete) program. I’d taken him to orthopaedic surgeons previously to evaluate posture and some concerns with his hips. Over the course of the past month I’ve seen nice changes in his strength, mobility and posture as a result of training. Many thanks guys 🙏🏼 …

This is a very upbeat and supportive place! Especially my friends Blythe and Ashley. I have been going for some months now and my mobility has improved tremendously. I am able to keep up with my family better, my back is feeling so good these days and I am finding everyday tasks are easier to perform. I’m so grateful for all the help I have received here. Xoxo

Move gym has been a life changer for both my boys and myself. After having three kids I needed something to strengthen areas of my body that were weak, I found the gym while on a quest, through a massage therapist, chiropractor, and then finally Move Gymnastics. My experience was so great; I figured it would be great for my two athletic boys. My oldest son who is deep into baseball, my second son who is a huge soccer fan. Knowing the areas of myself that I strengthened; I knew my son who is a pitcher needed to learn more about his arms, both for him and for me. How do I make sure my son does not injure himself? Move knows the answers! If you have joint pains, if you have a youth child who is very athletic and needs to learn more about mobility, without any question I would recommend Move gymnastics!

I’ve had chronic lower back problems for years and most of that time literally bed ridden needing assistance in walking, showering etc... it was actually ruining my way of life. With loads of physical therapy now combined with Ashleigh at Move I am finally making leaps and bounds towards handling my body. I can’t thank Ashleigh enough for her patience and knowledge in how to isolate the crucial muscles and strengthening them to ensure I am more physically stable! I went to Move wearing a back brace, being super slow moving and cautious... just a little over a month later I am no longer wearing a brace and am able to go about living my life without being stuck in bed. I’m now excited and motivated to achieve my fitness goals and know that Move will get me there. Many thanks Ashleigh ❤️

I was introduced to Move by a good friend Brenna. She told me about Jesse one of their trainers and a program that could help my son with some mobility training specific to his passion baseball. After meeting with Ashley the owner of move and seeing Jesse fix one of JD's major issues (heal pain from poor form) in a quick 15 min trial...... I was hooked! We have been attending the Build A Better Athlete training for 3 weeks now and the difference in JD's mobility and speed is big. Also no more leg and heal pain that would reduce him to tears. I can not Thank Coach Jesse and the team at MOVE enough!

MOVE is a truly functional movement full body experience. It is so important to make sure workouts are balanced and integrative and you will get this at MOVE. Exceptional staff and extremely knowledgeable professionals with an array of backgrounds to help guide you to a flexible, strong and fully functional body that you will feel fantastic in. After years of injuries and doubts I was able to do things I thought I’d never do again and my body responded. Thank you everyone at MOVE!

Life long competitive runner and swimmer. Working with Kyler and Ashleigh at Move to address recurrent injuries and nagging mobility issues. They put together a great program for me to improve my flexibility and stabilizer muscle strength. Love the mix of in person and group sessions. Everyone at Move is knowledgeable and helpful, and they are fun training partners. Positive results and marked overall strength gains.

I have been working with Ashleigh from Move Gymnastics.I had trouble with my lower back and mild sciatica, as well as trouble with pain in my shoulder. After 3 training sessions it was gone! No joke - I was surprised as I spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to improve this condition. Now the pain and the sciatica is just not there. Do you know how many things I did for this thing?! Also, I am getting stronger and more flexible. I went running the other day and I felt I could do it more easily and had actually increased performance after a few virtual training sessions. This is amazing. I highly recommend to start a program to improve your overall physical condition... the fact is that it works and no one can argue with great results.

I love working with the private coaching at Move. I am a CrossFit athlete and started with Move to learn to handstand walk. But, I have gotten so much more from my training there! It definitely is the reason I was able to finish in the top 10% in the CrossFit Open this year, as there was a surprise movement, first time ever skill, required in the first of 4 events. So much of what I am working on at Move supports my CrossFit athletics. I am so happy to be training there!
