Oh my goodness. This has been a lifesaver for me and my health. I am almost 70 and had been working around 85 hours a week for years. Finally retired and MOVE has been able to help me immensely with getting my body back to a more healthy state. Ash and Jason have been the best personal coaches I have ever had. They concentrate on my overall body health and have provided guidance on my diet.Thank you so much.

After having baby number 2 I knew I needed some help to get back to my pre-baby weight. In addition, I have a history of some significant back pain and problems. I decided to reach out to Ashleigh with MOVE who got me started with some personal training.I am a physical therapist with Select Physical Therapy in Palm Harbor, FL and working with both Blythe and Jason I have not only got back to my pre-baby weight but I have learned more exercises and ways to rehab my patients. The trainer's knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics was impressive to me as a professional and they even taught me a few things.I would recommend MOVE (Blythe and Jason in particular) to work with you, not only to get the body you want, but also to work with any pre-existing conditions you may have. My back has never felt better!!

I have been dancing since I was three years old. After having children, my body changed drastically. There were several times where I felt that I may not be able to dance anymore due to some longterm misalignment issues combined with my body getting older. At first I was skeptical to try gymnastics training, I don't know why. Maybe just because I had been doing the same training my whole life and I was nervous to try something new. However, I quickly found out that the stretching and strengthening at MOVE was exactly what I needed. By training muscles that I really have never used before, specifically doing training handstands and bridges, I am already seeing a major change in my aesthetic in just a few short weeks. Combined with some proper nutrition coaching, I have lost the 20 lbs I needed to to get back to my REAL dancer body. And now instead of being at the end of my career, I see a bright future ahead with many many years to come on the stage. Thank you so much to Ashleigh Gass, my trainer Chris Kirchman and my dear friend Hana-li Pendery for helping me find my place in my journey of health and wellness.

I’m so glad I found MOVE half a year ago now! It has truly changed my life. I knew there was something unique about this place after my first class. It is a fantastic community of people, everyone is welcoming and wants to learn from and help each other. Each of the coaches brings something different to the table and I’ve learned so much! It’s amazing what the combination of strength training and movement/flexibility training can do for the body and mind. Highly recommend!!

MOVE is not your typical fitness place, and that’s a good thing. Wherever you are in your fitness journey, MOVE will challenge you and will improve your fitness. By my 2nd fundamentals class I knew that this is what I needed to focus on, and I really like that the stretch classes are challenging workouts. The instructors are excellent, extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to your success. Highly recommended!

I’m 47 and haven’t worked out in awhile due to an autoimmune disease I developed in 2015 (Achalasia). I had surgery and was so ready to get my life back. I started training with Move, Ashleigh is my trainer, in the fall of 2020. Even with personal ups and downs I’m so much stronger and flexible than ever before. The workouts we do I do them from home. I never in my life imagined myself working out on rings! And honestly they are my favorite piece of equipment. The workouts are intense but will not leave you unable to function the next day. I’ve noticed a big change in the way I feel. I am so happy and blessed that I found MOVE. I just wished I lived closer so I could workout in their facility.

I have worked with Ashleigh and Jason for 8 weeks on restoring mobility especially to my hips. They have been awesome to work with customizing my workouts to deal with some old injuries. I’ve been working out for the past 38 years and can honestly say MOVE is the best coaching I have ever had. At 53 years of age, I can actually sit crisscross applesauce for the first time since I was a kid. Thank you Ash and J! My mobility is improving drastically. I’ve completed the intro series and am now taking classes. I sought Move GST out because I needed help with regaining strength after an injury that is effecting my performance in my profession.The coaches are quite knowledgeable. I am challenged while keeping my spine safe. I have been able to participate fully in classes with NO PAIN.In just a few weeks. I can see improvements with my strength and mobility. Don’t be intimidated by the amazing performance of the coaches and clients. They are a talented group at training you through the building blocks for optimal performance and reduced risk of injury.One last thing. While they are superb coaches, I also am impressed with the level of service as well. Well worth the investment.
