Best gym in town! love the tanning beds and the Hydro massage.

Excellent place to work out and a friendly environment.I highly recommend it. It has everything you need for a good workout.

I am having troubles trying to reach a manager. I was charged double and was told that it would be fixed and never was and then proceeded to go in person and was told a manager would reach me and figure out how to refund the double charge. It’s not the first time, the first time I kinda ignored it, but for it to happen again, has made me question the ethics of the facility

Its a Crunch fitness just like another Crunch fitness. The issue I have is when someone goes in and cancels the membership and you signed paper that you guys had at the desk, and you are still getting charged after two months, I just question what kind of business the GM is running.

This gym robbed me $900. The manager, Jay Macklemore is very rude. I took them to small claims court and they didn't even show up. I just want my money back, I received no services even tho I paid $160 a week for a personal trainer. Jay, the manager promised a refund but then told me she was "too busy with other customers to help me" basically the worst service I've ever received and really want my money back. I have texts, emails and bank statements printed that I took to court with me. I am financially screwed because of crunch fitness of Columbia and Jay Macklemore.

The gym equipment itself is relatively clean and out of the entire gym there is only one broken machine.However, whoever are responsible for actually cleaning the locker rooms, water fountains, and bathrooms are failing miserably. There's no way I would ever take a shower here. Honestly, the way the bathrooms were today I wouldn't really even wanna sit down to use the bathroom. I would highly recommend hiring a janitorial service to come in and at least once a day really clean the bathroom/locker rooms.That really is my only complaint so far. Everything else has been pretty good.

Great gym! flexible hours and they have good hours for kids crunch! The employees are super friendly and I recommend getting the free personal training session! A kick off makes the experience so much more welcoming for new people

This is an exceptionally clean and high-quality gym.From everyone I've chatted with, you won't find a better place in Columbia.If you're on the fence or still deciding, definitely sign up for the trial period.There are only two issues worth noting...Stocks of paper towels/cleaner for wiping down machines run out pretty frequently (bathroom toilet paper too). Maybe this is a bigger issue for morning workouts than evenings?A few of the machines have been broken for months now. I'll definitely update my review to 5/5 when the machines are fixed, 2.5 months seems a bit excessive.Overall, the price is totally reasonable and it's a great place to workout!Edit:Machines have definitely gotten repaired which is great…But for the love of god, please make sure the staff is restocking toilet paper!Every other day there isn’t a single roll in the men’s bathroom during the mornings.We were forced to start bringing our own!

I waited 10 minutes to ask if I can get a hydro bed. I ended up deciding and said I was done waiting and knocked on the gm door. There I was face to face with the gm, Jay Mclemore she said “ can you get out” I told her why I was there and she said “okay” and ignored me! And I proceeded to wait, until I got another staffs attention. She was rude unprofessional, didn't answer the door when I knocked, no customer service, just Wow! She makes a good security guard.IDC What she was doing! Don't forget what business you work for! You shouldn't speak to customers with disrespect and ignore them. You're terrible management capabilities make people upset. As well as your paper towels and spray always low. Always low. I walked past her when I left and she's texting on her phone ignoring every customer not greeting people with her head down. Just a terrible atmosphere. She is literally at the front doors on her phone texting.

Don’t litter on my car. My car is not a place for your trash. If I wanted to go to your gym I’d go to your gym but putting your business card on my car as if you somehow have the right just means that I’m not going to even consider it. I don’t know who put it on there but the name on the card is Jay, the general manager so I can only assume they’re the one who had the bright idea to put their trash on other people’s property.
