I have been trying to contact Jay for a month now about someone allowing my account to be unpaused without my consent. I call during business hours, call during hours she is working and she is never available. Her staff tell me they write her notes or notify her directly about this issue and even gave me her personal cell to reach her. When I reached out to her respectfully she didn’t answer. I’ve tried contacting the cooperate office but all phone numbers listed are either unmonitored or not in service. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I recently had an issue with overcharges, and the management team worked hard to resolve the problem for me! It was found they had the incorrect phone number and the lack of communication was all a mix-up. With thorough follow-up, I was made aware that my problem had been fixed and I was given a personal apology, in person, by a member of their team. I thought I would edit my review because I genuinely love Crunch Fitness and would not want to workout anywhere else in town! Thank you to those who helped with this issue, and I am happy to see the dedication to progress in their employees!

Understand what you are getting into. Great gym, horrible staff, billing, and communication. When I first signed up, I informed them I would only be going there for about three months. Initially they tried to sell me the $10 subscription fee (the cheapest option). Upon doing my own research, I discovered you cannot pull out of this type of subscription unless you’re in it for a year (slightly annoyed they didn’t try to tell me that). After some thought I decided to just pay for the best subscription. My girlfriend visited often and I could get her in with guest benefits. Each month I was charged twice for this subscription. I would be charged an initial fee, a late fee, and then an extra fee even though it should have been charging my card automatically. After coming into address these concerns I’m only met with “I’ll let my manager know.” Or “I’ll leave a note.” These efforts will go no where. I still have yet to meet a manager. One worker eventually helped me informing me they didn’t want to refund me and told me they would give me the next two months free instead. After that I decided it was alright. I was only working out for three months anyway, so I’d cancel it after that. This was not the case. The worker had given my two months free in the summer! (It was winter at the time). So without even realizing, the next two months they double charged me twice, Continuing the same issue of late fees (even though it automatically charged me on time) I went back in to get it sorted out (again no manager to be found). They tried to give me two more free months. I told them I wanted refunds this time. Instead of refunding me they would just keep offering two more months (not sure if this is even legal). They said that in order to refund me they would “have to go through their boss and send it to headquarters” whatever that means. Either way, I pushed through and insisted I be refunded. They left a note for their manager and that was the last I have heard of it. For the past two months I have called and emailed three different people that have not responded in order to just cancel my subscription. I believe this place can be better. Great gym, great idea but terrible staff, communication, and billing.

I love that this gym has a lot of gym equipment and it's fairly new. There's always people working at the front desk that are nice and willing to help. Some of the extra perks to this gym are tanning, exercise classes, and child care services. Reasonable prices. Gym membership is around $60 a month for two people with unlimited tanning. The gym is extremely busy between 4pm-7pm. During these times, there's usually a 15-20 min wait for each exercise machine. The gym floor is pretty dirty but everything else in gym is clean. Overall, I am satisfied with this gym.

Canceled my membership and was not made aware that I was going to be charged an annual membership fee. They refused to refund. So now I had to pay $50 for a membership for a year that I cancelled!!! Will NEVER recommend this gym!!

Always dirty and never picked-up, but at least the General Manager DID throw my 3 year old daughters stroller in the dumpster for complaining about the issue. I mean.... at least now we all know that it does know how to pickup and put something in the trash; perhaps now the club wont look like such a dump?On a side note......The people that all the wokesters step all over and abuse while ignoring any form of cleaning/pickup; staring into phones....are all nice and cool and at least try to do 25 peoples worth of cleaning. The snotty bad "savage" attitude ones will literally ignore you...or obviously worse.

The gym is filthy and in constant disrepair. And it’s only been open for a bit over a year. Nautilus equipment sits broken for weeks at a time. And the cushions on many pieces have already ripped through to raw cushions so sweat is absorbed there and uncovered by plastic covers. BRs are continuously missing soap, and showers have pink mildew. Management is completely unresponsive to concerns. Pricing is intentional misleading with escalating fees and annual dues. I would avoid.

joined today online. went in to workout and they had no key tags. you cannot create an account on their app until you get a key-tag. therefore you cannot just walk in and scan your phone. you must wait in line to give them your information. several pieces of equipment were broken with signs posted on them . other pieces of equipment had badly ripped seat cushions.

Very good facility with professional staff. Everything I need and enough equipment to make even rush hour decently paced.Furthermore, I had a possession stolen and the staff quickly helped me look back through camera feed footage. We identified the perpetrator, though they’d already left.Still, good to know I didn’t lose something like a dork, and we have their photo🤷♂️
