I have been trying to get my membership transferred to another location since November and neither location has helped whatsoever. I've called, left voicemails, had messages taken, and have even been in person (to the gym I'm transferring to) and nothing has changed. I've been tossed back and forth the entire time, with each location pointing fingers at the other. The last time I called was a week and a half ago with the promise that I'd see an email with next steps or more information within the week. False. I've really tried being patient. I understand everyone is busy, but its been literally 2.5 months. I wasn't even trying to cancel or anything, i just needed my membership transferred. Now I don't think I'd even want the membership anymore as this has been a huge indication of how they treat members. Never been more unhappy.

This gym is amazing. I have never had a problem here getting on any of the equipment I needed to use even though they stay pretty busy. They're always playing really good music and it definitely is a good atmosphere

I rarely was able to go, but when I did multiple machines were out of order. The kicker, I moved and physically went into the gym to cancel my membership on December 7th but guess what they still took my January payment out if my account. Whe I called about it I was told I needed to come to the gym to cancel my membership. Which I already had done. So don't try and leave they will still take your money without authorization. So now I need to make a 200 mile round trip to cancel my membership again.

I've been a member at Crunch since they opened, and canceled my membership (finally) this week. To start, they are not a 24 hour gym, false advertising. The gym is SO crowded; groups of people standing around talking, people film themselves working out and don't bother making sure you aren't in the view, people don't clean the machines when they are done using them. The staff aren't knowledgeable about the sign-up fee's and membership rules, they'll lock you into a contract without telling you. Management is a joke. The women's locker room constantly has hair and dirt on the floor, the sauna doesn't heat up to the standard temperature and is always turned off, half the bathroom doors don't have locks on them, and there isn't a space dedicated for changing after a shower. Not to mention there have been multiple times where I've been changing or was in the bathroom, and girls were taking progress pictures in the locker room, even though it's clearly stated no photography.Giving 2 stars because I enjoyed the classes and the variety of equipment available, but this place is filthy and overcrowded. Will be switching to Wilson's.

This gym is by far the best gym in columbia! The staff is all so friendly and the environment is always positive and uplifting. You also don't have to wait a long time for equipment and they have every piece of workout equipment you would ever need.

Crowded but not the gyms fault. Dust balls galore. I watched one that stayed in the same open area for a full week.Cancelling is a huge hassle. I was told twice a manager wasn’t available or had just stepped out and they had to be the one to cancel(to try and convince you otherwise). But when I came in to meet the manager to cancel because I told her why I’m assuming she didn’t care to come out and miraculously her staff could do it and I didn’t have to sign any paperwork like I was told. Suggestion, if you’re going to be no contract and someone wants to cancel you can ask why but don’t give people the run around as they may of comeback another time.Pros: other staff was friendly and accommodating. Only reason for 2 stars

UPDATE: Updated my rating from a 1 to a 4. The assistant general manager finally resolved our issue. Apparently sending an email is the way to do it.I had signed my sister and I each up for a membership when the gym was first opening, but a few days after I lost my job unexpectedly. I called Crunch and cancelled our memberships over the phone and was told we were cancelled. However, I am now receiving emails from a collection agency saying I owe Crunch for membership fees! My sister and I never even got to step foot inside the gym because I lost my job before we ever got a chance to go AND I was told our memberships were cancelled, but apparently they have been charging us this entire time! I have reached out to them for assistance with this and haven't received any response.

I have been a member since it opened and have, in a number of areas need happy. The staff there are great and the classes are awesome. However, the hours are not 24/7, or even reasonable on a Monday or the weekend. I understood when it opened about being short staffed but there has been (in my opinion) no to minimal attempt to add staff to get those hours expanded. 7 am on the weekends is too late to open, especially for those of us who need to work out early. 5 am on Mondays is also tight for those who need to be at work. The biggest issue is owernership/management not allowing openers to have the keys. I have waited at the gym 4+ times beyond opening because the person closing didn’t put the keys in the box and we had to wait for someone with a key to come in and open. I’ve learned that if my schedule is tight, don’t wait - it is going to be 30+ minutes before the gym opens because the people with the keys will take that long.I like the gym and the variety but it needs some improvements in these areas to make it really functional.

I have been a member for one month and so far it has been a great experience! The gym is clean, there is a wide variety of equipment available and the staff is friendly. I typically avoid the peak times and it is not very busy when I go, I have never had to wait for any equipment. The BEST PART: The childcare workers are SO NICE. They do an amazing job with the kids and its such a relief to know my kids have someone kind and competent looking after them during my workout. The child care area has a mini-movie theater that my kids LOVE and the space is always very clean. My kids beg me to go to the gym - I never thought a 4 and 7 year old would be my biggest source of motivation! For the low cost, the whole thing is kind of unbelievable.

Great gym, awesome new equipment, friendly staff, knowledgeable trainers, great amenities. No riff raff to deal with like other places in Como. And the gym is clean. Only bad thing I can say is that the spray bottles and paper towels need to be refilled more often. I look forward to my next workout eveytime.
