Worst establishment ever. I would give them zero stars if I could. I got a new card and they never asked me to update my card information. Harassed me for months having a third party call me over 8 times a day and trying to charge my bank account over and over and over during work and odd hours. After I finally went in person to talk to them they charged me many late fees and other fees because my card had expired and they didn’t bother to tell me I hadn’t updated it. After them making me pay 2 months of unpaid gym membership plus late fees I canceled . They then made me pay the annual fee after a different manager told me I wouldn’t have to. They just want to make money. They don’t care about your business. They just want money. Will never be going again. Save the time , money, and respect for a business that deserves it.

This gym is messy, always packed, and you can never find a parking spot. You are always waiting for equipment, tanning beds, or classes to end before your class. They also do not tell you when your annual fee is coming up. I had planned on canceling before that was due but because they didn’t tell me I missed that date and still had to pay the fee even though I was cancelling. Most of the staff have no idea what they’re doing. They all tell you different things. Go to pretty much any other gym.Edit to add- I referred two people and they promise a free month if you refer your friends. I didn’t get a free month for either person.

3 months ago I went in to downgrade my membership from the highest plan to the lowest plan. The employee told me he changed it after a couple minutes and so since then I thought nothing of it since. Fast forward to today, I noticed that for the past 3 months I’ve still been getting charged the highest rate, and my membership plan never changed. I’ve sent several emails and messages through the website, no response. I’m short $60 when I did my part to prevent that. It’d be nice if someone could at least respond.EDIT: I received a response from the manager and it was professionally settled, so updating to 4 stars due to a great gym atmosphere and staff, though maintenance on machines and cleanliness in bathrooms could be better.

I was one of the first to sign up for crunch and because of the membership price deal, I decided to initially pause my account. I did that back in November and then I decided to cancel my account the first week of April. Unfortunately I was not able to go to the gym and do the specific classes I wanted to just due to my work schedule. Not their fault; just was not compatible. However once I canceled in person and signed a sheet, a few days later I got an email from the manager acknowledging that I canceled and wanted feed back. Today I was charged a fee for $86.36 even though I canceled in April in person and it was even acknowledged. I contacted the company and am hoping for a refund. They said it was not guaranteed but that they will work on it and I hope to hear back in a few days. I will update my review once I hear back from them and receive the refund.

They advertised an open house with lots of vendors and prizes along with tours. We got there and the front desk person had no idea but had lots of others that showed up. They had nothing going on and only one person at the desk working. I drove 30 miles just to check out the gym. So I'm not a happy campet

I was double charged $47 and some change for one month. I called and left multiple voicemails for the GM Jay. I’ve left multiple emails at their email addresses and still haven’t received a call or email back nor have I been refunded my money for the double charge even though I went up in person and they told me that they could see that they accidentally double charged me. Horrible customer service and stealing money from your customers. I just want my overcharged money back. They stole it & wont give it back & I don’t know why it’s weird.

Always dirty. Equipment always broken/tore up. Several times I have been left waiting at 5am just for no staff to show up to open the gym up. This place needs management that is actually mature enough to manage it.Update: Was contacted by staff and discussed the issue and worked with me. This is appreciated, hopefully things will change.

I’ve been going here for about a month now and the girls restroom has never been mopped. There’s mold and mildew growing where people dry their hands off. The sauna hasn’t worked since I’ve been here. There are several cleaning stations throughout the building but they are NEVER stocked. They’re either empty spray bottles or no spray bottles/paper towels at all. They open at 5am M-F but you can expect the doors to open as late as 5:45 at times. The morning person is also usually not present at the front for more than a few minutes at a time due to them being the only one scheduled. Crunch Fitness please please get it together .

At Crunch I can bring my daughter with me at no extra cost and it’s got her interested in fitness which is amazing. The staff go above and beyond to give you the full experience. I was showed how to use the machines and even given advice on some great podcasts to listen too. Love the group classes as well. By far best gym I have ever worked out in!

One of the best gym atmospheres I’ve been to in quite some time. The staff was great and the equipment was amazing!
