Crunch Fitness - Columbia MO

Great place to workout. A lot of machines to hit each muscle group. I also enjoy the late night pumps since they offer 24 hour days.

Crunch in Columbia is definitely one of the best exercising atmospheres you will ever be in! It’s a large gym that offers a lot of equipment to ensure you get the best results! Tristian Murie (1 of the managers) has been a great influence for me in terms of staying motivated in the gym. He really knows how to make crunch a fun, friendly, and baddass experience!

I absolutely love Crunch! I was so happy when they moved to Columbia as they were my gym in Colorado. I do my personal training here and I love it. It's a positive and non-judgemental environment!

They want u to pay $30 and aren't open on time, don't have the child care center open on time, and is the DIRTIEST gym in Columbia. I started in December and you would see employees cleaning and a cleaning lady here any time of the day, now theres dirt and used paper towels piling up in the corners and betwren machines and no one is cleaning. The same sock is still in the girls locker room for a week. They rarely have paper towels or sanitizer at the cleaning stations and there is never any parking or available machines! Can't wait to cancel my membership bc they make u wait 3 months to do that also!

ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I signed up around November of 2022 and just cancelled on April 4th of 2023. When I went to cancel they had me pay my dues as well as write on a “cancellation sheet”. If I want to cancel then that should be my right due to me not being able to afford it! The reason for my cancelation is the fact they were trying to charge me over 200$ when I only went for a single day of the time period! I tried explaining that to them but the did not care. They also informed me that anyone under 18 can not sign without a parent’s signature… I’m only 17 and I assume the worker who signed me up signed off on it which is WRONG!!! The only “benefits” this gym has is its endless treadmills. Planet fitness has more options on machinery, products, and all amenities that crunch has AT A CHEAPER PRICE!! DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM! HIGHWAY ROBBERY!

The manager is lazy and a bully. Myself and my friend were overcharged she will not refund the overcharge or even take the decency to even communicate with anyone. U have to contact her thru email which she never responds too. Between the 2 of us we r owed about $400. When he canceled his membership she was rude and hateful because of her mess ups. I canceled mine thru email with cooperate. I suggest pick a new gym unless u got money to just give cuz they will take it

Again this company hasn’t paid me back the money that is owed. I’ve had an email chain of this negligence. I’m being harassed to pay them even though I went in person and canceled my membership. I want a refund do not join this gym. You will be harassed after canceling your membership. I want my money BACK! They deserve to get sued and at this point. So many other reviews are saying the same thing. Do not join this gym unless you like being harassed and scammed out of your hard earned money. -1 is the star they deserve. It’s March and they had the nerve to call me and said I owed them money. I cancelled in Nov last year. My bank put a stop to it and then they had the nerve to charge my bank card a different fee on purpose. This is predatory and a SCAM!!!! DO NOT JOIN CRUNCH!!!!!!

Crunch Fitness is a vibrant gymnasium with enough equipment to go around! Even when the gym is crowded, it is always possible to get all your sets in! The receptionist are friendly, the trainers are helpful and my safety is always ensured. This is the only gym I’ve ever worked out at where other patrons have never made me uncomfortable

Great gym, I went here for a little over a year and enjoyed using the facility. However, their corporate policy requires you to go in person or send a letter in order to cancel your membership. I had my circumstances change quite dramatically where I cannot go in person to do that and the nearest post office is over an hour away, and I do not have the time to do that.***Update. I reached out to the email provided and they never got back to me. Horrible customer service as well.

The club is nice, most of the staff do their job. I had an issue where I updated my card information and then was billed for a total of 260$ in 6 days due to some unknown issue. I've since been trying to get in contact with management who had given me their email only to leave me wondering when they will get an answer for me. Since then I have canceled my membership because of her customer service. I would love to rejoin if the manager seemed to take her job as serious with refunds as she did when she threw the anniversary party for their opening day.
