Super friendly and easy to get used to their check in process! Kinda crowded because of New Years resolutions, but that wont last long.

Came in at 12pm on a Monday. Every literally almost single machine and bench were being used. Came in wanting to do a quad/hamstring and calves workout and they only have 1 leg press machine that you can put weight plates on. I wasn't given a towel either.

There's pros and con on this especially male employee I have observed follows a certain woman to women shower several times. Also ignored my reward from Fitperks.

I went here because they had towel service. However their showers were broken. People just hanging out in locker rooms and no greeting from the staff. Oh and good luck finding the entrance

Located inside the Triangle Square so it's hard to find parking. It's a cool gym, but be careful because they have a history of charging people for memberships even after they've already cancelled.

Parking is on the lower level , but this 24 hour fitness is clean and most all machines work

We pay for child care monthly. Came in one of the few times to use the gym @ 11:45 am on 6/11/2017. They told me daycare was full and they were short staffed and come back and talk to the General Manager tomorrow by Sara the "Asst Mgr".SMH, never heard of pre-paying for something and then told you can't use what you pay for. I hope they figure it out soon.

Filthy filthy filthy. So it's pretty saddening. I signed up for this Gym at a higher rate from the 24hr. Gym across the street because that gym became foul. This place may be vacuumed regularly but the weights and equipment are so caked with grime. I dare anybody who goes to this facility regularly to take a white towel from the front desk spray it lightly with sanitizer ( if they dont forget to refill them per usual) walk upstairs to any of the 6 barbell bench racks and wipe from left to right. You will absolutely be revolted as your perfectly white towel turns a gross gray from all the filth.

Great staff. Clean gym. During peak times has 4 spin bikes available and 40 locked in a room so no one can uses them. Tells me that people use them in the middle of the night and break them. Not my problem, it's gym equipment to be used by gym members. Pretty straightfoward stuff.

Overall, this is a great gym but it can get packed during peak hours. I was not happy with the $99 annual fee they charged and wish they would have been upfront about it when I signed up for my membership. I also wish they kept the sauna a little cleaner.
