Great to be back. However, was surprised at how many were not wearing masks or improperly wearing them. Two days ago over half did not wear one so at least the amount has reduced. My concern is being shut down again due to the lax mask inforcement. I hope this improves in the near future.

Not 24 hours:1. Closes at midnight not 24 hours.2. No towel service but yet calls its self a super sport.3. SAUNA CLOSES AT 10:30PM (WOW)4. Very dissatisfied with 24 hour fitness. I remember when they where the king of gyms.Very clean location but not a super sport. I'm most likely going to switch to LA Fitness.

I've been using this facility for a few years now. Since their re-opening after Covid I was a bit hesitant to go back but I overcame my fears and went for a workout last week. They only allow a certain amount of people in for a 1 hour workout and then they clear the building and sanitize for 30 minutes. Masks are required at check in only and you are free to go without a mask for your workout. The availability of cardio machines is still good with social distancing being in place as about every fourth machine is being used. There seemed to be plenty of space in most areas with the exception of the downstairs weight area had quite a few people in it.I watched part of the sanitation process from outside after they had closed and it looked to me like they are doing a good job of hitting everything and wiping it all down. Of course I will keep my hands off of my face and continue to use hand sanitizer for my own protection but I will be comfortable returning to this location for regular workouts.

When you cancel, the manager gaze you with an EXTREMELY ANGRY look until you back down and never asked for refund. Since your card information is still in the system, THEY CHARGE YOU WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION some point later.PUSHY SALESMAN.

This place used to be great but it’s really going down hill. They just stopped the free towel at the door service, which is one of reasons I upgraded to the super sport.

I've bought my membership to workout in the pool for knee surgery recovery...been told the pool will be open by 12/31/18. The reopening keeps getting delayed and No Towel Service! Why the heck did I bother buying a membership service. I have no use of any of the equipments at this point!
