Bad customer service, the machines are old. The locker room is dirty and smell bad.

Costa gainz. Love everything about this gym till they bolted the Breakaway rims in the basketball court. Other than that great facility

I love this gym however they desperately need new cycle bikes. It is so frustrating to get on a bike and every time something be wrong. Get new cycle bikes please!

Not a Super Sport if you don't provide towels (they used to). Your an "Active Sport" gym at best now. I will not be back. This wasted a very long trip.

Good cardio and weight training equipment, nice locker room and showers. Not in love with subterranean parking. That's just me tho. Not a huge fan of spelunking. Otherwise, 5 ⭐for me.

First time and maybe last time here. I came to do squats, cleans, and deadlifts. Warmed up and was kicked out of the workout area with about 5 others so they could run a squat "class". Unsure how/why they occupy the only specialized space for power and olympic lifting in the gym for what is essentially a suboptimal CrossFit circuit.Had to go upstairs and wait for the squat racks. The plates up there are octagonal so doing heavy deadlifts isn't great/fun. What a bummer.Delayed workout and sub-par experience.

Horrible customer service. The people at the front dest including the manager were extremely rude and were not willing to be helpful at all. Not sure how this place has good reviews. A couple people from our family are members and the rest of us tried to use a 3 day pass but couldn't because we are from out of town and tried to charge us a person $25. Very displeased with how my family and I were treated.

Absolutely disgusting service. They overcharge for their facility, terrible customer service and if there is a mistake made by one of their employees they do not own up to it nor do they do right by the customer. They recently took away their towel service which is the only reason their facility is better than one of the sports compared to super sport. Do not go to this facility unless you're okay with paying a higher monthly rate for zero value in return.

Always great treatment from the staff and very clean. Gets really busy at times where there are waits for certain things but never bothers me much, I just adjust what times I go. Fantastic gym and worth every penny.

I 💗 this facility! People are so nice, they couldn't offer more in the way of working out, everything kept very clean. Staff is GREAT. A few favorites are Kim, Savanna, Burrell, Max, Michele ... couldn't be more accommodating. I used to go to Y, & I'd never go back! …
