Poorly trained staff, dirty, not a Super Sport anymore. The money saved by yoinking towel service is not given to janitorial payroll. Place is getting grimey. The second star is for location.

Terrible place didn't honor the 3 day free trial I got online. felt discriminated. Some sort of racist behavior towards me. Smells terrible like a gym bag. They said I can only use the facility if I pay a 25$ day pass

I arrived around 9:55 PM on Sunday (12/09/18). I'm well aware that the new policy doesn't give out free towels any longer, therefore I asked the front desk girl (goes by the name Maddle) to let me buy two towels. She was extremely rude and raised her voice at me, "It's the new policy! The cashier is open, I can't sell anything to you when I'm counting money, can't you see I'm busy. We don't sell anything after 10pm."At that moment, my phone still has a few minute before 10. She raised her voice, "why don't you bring your towels, go home if you don't have your towels" After that moment, I asked her for her name and told her I will be taking a picture of her so I can make a report to the manager or the main 24 fitness office. She freaked out and start telling me to get out..and keep repeating to tell me get out of the fitness.I called back a day after and asked to talk to a manager; however, another a girl, go by Kim, claimed that she is the manager and told me I was wrong to take her picture and the policy is that the cashier closes at 10pm. I even confronted them is it because I'm asian. My lawyer called in and we found out at this location, the manager is a Male, not female. They were scared to get in trouble so they decided to pretend they're the manager and tell back at the customer over the phone. So is it because I'm Asian and you guys are racist towards me? I didn't pay extra for Super Sport to get yell at by the employee here. She was trying to close the cash register before 10pm, and refused to sell me two towels because she was half way counting money to close early or because I am a Asian girl?Unbelievable and terrible service at 24 hours super Sport ever..

Originally I signed up only because of the convenience of towel service. However, now they are not providing it and I feel that they should definitely lower the membership price. The CEO of this company chose the wrong strategy in saving profits or “minimizing expenses” as one the employees there mentioned. One of the managers at this location said it was because the gym is spending more than $4,000 a month as an expense to wash towels and that the trade off would be newer equipment. So I understand now —they have to rob the costumers of towel service—something that was automatically provided with the membership—in order to make up for cost of investment in new machines. To me that sounds ridiculous and more like a forced trade off with more cons then pros. As a result of this, I will probably cancel my membership soon.

Worst gym I've ever been to! The water from the fountains tastes like it came from a warm fish tank. No paper towels in the locker room. The equipment is low quality and in disrepair. I would never consider a membership there.

Gym is very spacious and has everything you need such as sauna, steam room, basketball court, weights and cardio equipment. Only issue is the ceilings have a ton of dust up there that have built up since it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for years. Not very comfortable working out there knowing I’m breathing that stuff in. Will be back once management cleans up the ceiling.
