Horrible experience with Brandon Barron! This guy needs customer service training! Long story short, they lease the basketball gym to a trainer and little 8 year old kids and close off the gym to the actual members paying for a club membership! First of all, you don't stay open 24 hours anymore and now you have the audacity to not allow members access due to you sub leasing the space? Who does that!!! On top of that weirdness, this guy Brandon doesn't know how to properly articulate or professionally address a concern from a customer who is paying for 3 memberships, 4 at one point in time, who calls with a reasonable concern. Do members get a credit when you inconvenience us? Thats not what we signed up for. I'm done with this dirty disrespectful gym! Hopefully, this gym gets a better professional manager that can handle frustrated customers, because Brandon Failed! And from reading other reviews about him, he needs to be replaced!

Why is this called 24 hour fitness ? It closes at 9…I think the price should come down. I can’t even workout after work anymore.

Hours are too limited in the later evenings and if you look at the posted hours currently it’s a different closing time depending which day of the week it is.On top of that after I cancelled my membership at the front desk, a month later I received a call at 8am on 3-8-23 asking me to pay for another month after cancellation stating I had a remaining balance. I refused to pay.

Pretty overpriced, tried to bring my family member to this gym to try it out but apparently I don't get any guest passes. Different employees had given me different information which led to me wasting money on a pass for my family member. Was given attitute over a misunderstanding with the misinformation I was given which isn't a good feeling. Going to probably have to try out the other 24 hour fitness. Wouldn't recommend.

The GM Brandon does a great job keeping the facility clean, he even does a lot of the dirty work himself. Richie and the other cleaning staff do a great job keeping the facility clean as well. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful too. I highly recommend this gym.
