Super bad experience, not friendly. today June 26th around 7:05 the short guy in the front desk said that you guys (( making a membership in the back )) what’s up with that!! He didn’t even want us to register and asked us to find another branch as he is about to close even though it’s a 24/7 gym and even though there was still half an hour left

Pretty decent commercial gym, a lot of amenities for the average person or even if you’re training elite. Squat racks are usually filled but everything else is good.

My friend experienced in locker room a person upset with his declining stocks account ,blaming it on asian people and he brought a stick. My friend was so upset ,scared he told me . He reported it but I hope staff took it seriously. No tolerance behavior I hope is handled well.

Been working out here for about a year and it’s great. The staff are friendly and give great gym advice. Love the atmosphere and the layout of the gym!

AVOID. Always dirty. Always stuffy air. Way too busy. Every visit a new machine is broken or out of order. Bathrooms smell toxic and the toilets, sinks, and urinals are often backed up with unknown liquids. Sauna wood is falling apart and growing spores of some sort. Drive a little further and go to the one in Huntington Beach on Atlanta and Magnolia St.

I have been out of the country for 2 1/2 years. Surprised to come back to see how much this place has gone downhill. Never anyone at the front desk. The ladies are doing a good job at saying hi and bye (with a smile) but the guys are always sitting at the computer not moving.Noone does 'rounds' anymore and are never seen upstairs. And I have seen the same streak of sweat on a machine now for months....I am very disappointed in what this place has become.

My roommate has been a member for this gym for many years. She asked me to accompany her to gym tonight to try out and potentially join to be a member as well. So I applied a free trail pass on their website. But when I get there checking in at the self-registration kiosk following the instructions on the website. An employee rushed over and interrupted my process demanding for my ID. After showing him my ID, he said it’s not enough. He needs me to prove with a billing statement with a local address preferably Newport Beach or cost Mesa. While the gym doesn’t have any phone service for non-members. I had trouble loading any document on my phone. The employee stood there and stared at me experiencing difficulties for 5 mins without informing me it’s impossible to get internet service for non members. During the process, i had told him several time I live in Huntington Beach and I am local. But he insisted to see my documents and didn’t offer any assistance. After 5 mins, I feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable. So I decided to leave. I told the employee that their website is misleading. If checking local documents is so important that they should emphasize on their website before they grant the pass. Then another employee argued with me that nothing wrong with their website, it is written in there regardless the first employee already upset me. What is the point if the website has such important notice but make it so obscure for customers to see. Overall,It was a bad experience. A total waste of my time and energy. You have lost my business here and the employees there need major customer service training.P.S. girlfriend’s bikinis have been stolen times in this gym.

The employees at this location have some of the worst attitudes of any business I’ve ever been to. Even if you greet them, and with a smile, you usually get a stone cold response. It’s like squeezing blood from a rock to have any sort of human interaction with them. Kind of sets the tone for the whole gym too, as all customers have to experience this when they walk through the front door and sign in at the front desk.

24 hour is not 24 hours anymore… also why is the basketball gym booked out for little kids? This isn’t a community center.. I pay 65$ a month to not be able to play basketball at night or on wednesdays… personally feel like everyone should cancel their membership. The reason they are in business is the 24 hour thing…
