Been going here daily for years.Good air conditioning.Machines are relatively well maintained.Staff is friendly.Music is pretty good.The gym can get busy at peak times but the triangle square parking garage always has spots available so parking is a breeze

I love this place. The lighting. The air. The big windows. What I don't like is that at least once every other week, you show up at 5 and no one is there to open the doors. At first, I just waited. But when it happened a few more times, that's time out of my workout before I have to be at work. Can we just get employees here that want to show up to work?

I’ve been a member of this gym since it opened. In the beginning it was amazing. Over the years it has steadily declined. Members do not rack their weights, respect the personal space of other members, and just poach equipment - staying on a single machine, bench, or rack for over an hour. To top it off, I don’t know why I even pay to workout here you can literally just walk right into this gym, staff will not question you leading to an overly crowded space and a terrible experience for paying members. TAKE AWAYS: If you want a free workout this is your gym (just walk in nobody will challenge you). You need to fix these problems 24.

This gym is way better than the 24hr across the street on 19th. This one is bigger, brighter, newer, etc. Lockers rooms are way nicer. It is still a budget gym, don't get me wrong. There is no towel service, but they have raquetball, indoor basketball, 2 classrooms, lots of machines and weights, etc. Parking is easy in the garage, if you park on B2 there is a door that goes right to the gym. Overall, not bad for a budget gym.

Plenty of parking. Nice facility. Lots of room. friendly staff. One of which helped me straighten out my 24hr app.
