This 5 stars is specifically for the one in Triangle. Excellent facilities, well-maintained gear, great staff good bathrooms, wonderful parking; I don't have a single criticism!

Not a clean place and they do not make creating a sanitary workout environment a priority at all. The hand sanitized stations are CONSTANTLY empty. Unlike at LA fitness, my previous gym, I have never seen an employee walking around with a spray bottle and towel cleaning equipment that’s not actively being used. Lastly, I’ve started noticing that cardio equipment has the same splatters of dried sweat on them day after day after day, meaning they’re simply not getting wiped down. This place should have a health code violation and 24H corporate should step up the standard, particularly during COVID times.

I was double billed at this location for 4 months and when I caught their error, the manager told me there was nothing he could do to refund the charges. Also, my $200 AirPods fell out of my pocket while at this location and a friendly team member found them and contacted me. When I went to pick them up the next day, I was told that they were no longer there. The words used by the manager when I addressed this were "hopefully one of our night crew members didn't take them". This location is staffed and managed by kids and there seems to be no one at corporate that can or is willing to help customers. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

This is yet another "20 Hour Fatness" now since why should anybody get what they paid for anyway?

Machines are broke, weights left on machines like your supposed to put some else’s stuff away, dirty, bathroom smells. Get it together 24 hire a manager who has some pride in the gym they operate

They close the pool/spa/sauna area at 10:30pm nitely. Most furniture in lobby has been removed. Bad vibes abound these days.

Last week the members were practicing safe distance measures and many were wearing masks. Today was crowded, no regard to social distancing and about 99% were not wearing masks. I won't be going back if this is how the management is handling their "COVID-19 safety measures."
