I was considering getting a membership but before I want to check out the gym so I call and spoke to John about getting a guest pass which I was told it was ok was told I could go online to get one so arriving to the location I ask for John due to the fact he told me he was going to be there till 11:30pm and I was told I was not able to use the guest pass due to the fact it was after 5pm and because the gym is a high traffic area which makes no sense then I was told that I had to pay for the day oh I need to buy a membership. He was very rude and unprofessional. Management should consider on changing to the policy image how many people have walk away because this policy that guess pass are not allowed after 5pm and in order to use the gym you are force to buy a membership. Customer service sucks should have better training on treating guess. I will not be coming back to this location maybe I have better experience in other gyms.

I started to go beginning of the year . The facility was clean and upbeat . Now it's been two months gotta say this location went down hill fast . The men's locker room hasn't been up kept . Also at night high school kids been smoking in the locker room and the bathroom area disgusting . Few days ago someone placed a bandaid on the shower wall and stayed there for days . Definitely be working out at a different location

I don’t get how each person here pays $40 a month and they have 3 benches at any time missing a bar. Like where tf did they go. Like did staff let someone walk out with a 6 foot 45lb rod in their backpack I don’t get it 😀. OF ALL THE 24s in SoCal. I have ONLY experienced it here that MULTIPLE benches are missing bars …. How ???? …

DO NOT touch the towels! If you touch it that they are gonna ask you to pay for it immediately. They will tell you that someone knocks it down and they don't know. The price tag sign is flipping down, and it’s a trap! What a joke! 10 boxes is not that expensive, but it feels not right!

The staff is useless. They hang out at the front desk all day, meanwhile all of the papertowel dispencers are empty. All the dumbells are misplaced or missing in general. All the 5 and 10 pound weights have been stolen and they have yet to order more. The place has not been cleaned in months. This is the worst 24 hour fitness in all of Orange County.

This gym is ridiculous. the staff is never working and the weights are never put back properly. aside from being extremely crowded, this gym lacks the equipment required for an advanced gym user. after months of frustration I have decided to join a private gym elsewhere. however this gym is making it impossible to cancel my membership. I have called and physically gone in person to try to cancel to no avail. I am now waiting to finally call for a THIRD time tomorrow (keep in mind the only time to call to cancel is during my work day). hopefully after taking time away from my very important work to call, I can finally get this cancelled.
