6/26 Update: Conditions have improved somewhat. Still a shame that there are only two 24 Hour Fitness gyms in Dallas proper. This leads to overuse of equipment that wasn’t rated for the amount of use they receive.What’s interesting is that in the entire DFW area, there isn’t a single 24 Hour Fitness location that has above a 4 or above Google rating.Original 1 Star Review:I gave it a year.During my time going here, there was a good chance that the equipment I wanted to use would be broken. There is an imbalance in equipment type; that combined with the broken equipment means a lousy time that isn’t worth the membership. I raised this concern with staff recently, and my concern unkindly disregarded.Most of the members using the gym were polite.If you’re looking for a gym to call home, please lose the number to this one.

Staff is friendly and so are majority of members are as well. Left due to how dirty it was and constant broken equipment. Also there have been fights several times i’ve gone and is always crowded regardless of the time. I wouldn’t recommend.

Just finished working out there. 12:27pm 05/18/23. I spilled water on the floor and asked the lady with curly hair who was cleaning and dusting if she had a rag for the spill. She rolled her eyes and walked away from me. I grabbed paper towels and cleaned it best I could. She came over with the rag, mad and with the ugliest look on her face and then wiped up the bigger spill. Walked away while rolling her eyes. Please quit if you hate the job so much. Thanks.

The manager here ought to be ashamed! They never clean, Never! When I go in the day I always see manager pretending she actually working. Harasses members for working out together instead of worrying about making sure to clean. Spa area is filthy and grimy that it smells horrible. Not to mention the broken workout machines. Either this location needs new management or corporate needs to hire cleaners, since the manager is to busy worrying about the wrong things. It’s an embarrassment to Kessler for having a brand new filthy gym!

Great place to get your workout done, I haven’t noticed any problems with cleanness as the other reviews states. At the end of the day this is my personal experience and I’m here to share what I experienced.
