It's just busy. Basically all the time. I've got at 3am, 10am, 1pm, 11pm, it doesn't matter. The staff is pretty friendly though. Just be aware if you don't like crowds, this probably isn't the gym for you.

You’d figure that the management and staff would do something about cleanliness after seeing so many reviews about it but nothing has been done for years. Like how are you okay with that.hire more cleaning crews simple as that. Also for some reason something always broken. The men’s restroom I kid you not has had a urinal broken for 1 month now. Make it make sense

4 stars for the convenience, the equipment, and for taking care of the basketball gym as best as they can. Not 5 stars because I have had one 24 Hour Team member greet or say hello to me in the 2 years I've been going there. The first hello from a team member didn't happen until today actually on Friday 4/28/2023 at 5:30am when I arrived and left shortly after 7am from the front desk greeter. She actually welcomed me by name and others after I checked in. Every other time, other team members have been looking at their phones and don't even acknowledge you when you walk in. As a healthcare provider and clinic owner, my team members are the first impression every time a patient walks in and I demand excellence out of them when it comes to giving world class service. Anyhow, other than that, I will continue to keep going :)

24hr fitness on Fort Worth Ave. In Oak Cliff is a nasty joke. It's super crowded in the afternoons until around close to midnight. Their hot tub isn’t working, their dry sauna isn’t working. And they shut off their wet sauna at 12 am. Why call it 24hr fitness if none of their amenities are working or shut down? This location should close down or consider getting new management.

I used a 3 day pass one day and was not allowed to use it again because I was a member 3yrs ago. I was considering switching gyms from la fitnes for convenience. So I decided to give it another chance with 24 hr- a trial membership. Now I remember why I'm a member of la fitness instead.

I enjoyed at first but now it went downhill. Super packed, bathrooms are disgusting and machines are always broken. Front desk people never greet you! Do not recommend at all!

My wife & I come to this Klyde Warren 24hr Fitness gym frequently over the last few years and most nights after 12am and overnight staff member Trina deserves a pay increase & should be employee of the year! She gave the entire gym a deep cleaning like I’ve never seen before and her work ethic, attitude and dedication is a rarity… truly impressive and appreciated! 🫡

Gym has gone downhill pretty bad, simply don’t understand how things are always consistently dirty when it’s clear they have enough members to have a cleaning crew for things. Also lowering the price point also appears to have this gym overcrowded at all times. The whole being able to rent a locker thing as well is honesty very annoying, there’s a lot of members and nobody should be able to rent a locker out it’s a very stupid policy. This gym has gone downhill in almost every regard.
