Shout Out to Fitness Connection on Red Bird lane, for actually having a functional shower for those of us with a physical disability but still enjoy working out at the gym! It was nice not having to drag my walker into the shower with me! Some of you other Fitness Connection better step up your game!

I love it, besides the amazing workout I receive, it has an amazing staff of people working there as well, and not to mention the environment. Definitely worth the membership!!!.

Really should be ashamed of themselves. Lol I cancelled a whole month ago and they still charge. Like what? I don’t even go here anymore how are you still charging me. I’ll be filing a dispute with my bank. I wanted to like this location but there are a THOUSANDDD people here 24/7. Way too many people, like is that even safe? Healthy??? Most ppl aren’t wearing a mask who knows if they’ve been vaccinated. I had to cancel asap but seems that doesn’t do much since they still charge.

Spacious and plenty of equipment to use. The atmosphere is pleasant and makes it enjoyable to work out here plus the locker rooms are clean. Will def be coming back!

Cocoa (Personal Trainer Staff) has the greatest customer service and work ethic! She always has a great smile when I come in and is always motivating and pushing her clients. Positive energy that brightens the atmosphere....

The one star is not towards the gym itself - been a member since early 2019 - but the new management at this location is a JOKE. Today, my 3 yr old special needs (hyperactive autistic) toddler was banned for 2 weeks for hitting during a game of hide and seek. This isn’t the 1st time the newly appointed “supervisor” Eva, singled out my son labeling him “violent && aggressive “We are a black family. She is of Spanish decent. To write in your computer notes about my special needs 3yr and label my black son VIOLENT && AGGRESSIVE ????!!! Is tacky, tasteless, && she lacks awareness! where have you been the past few years. STOP labeling black men! That narrative follows them and tarnishes reputations. He’s THREE ..he gets excited and plays rough while tagging friends not violent!As a childcare supervisor her lack of knowledge, care of children && how to handle rough play is extremely disappointing. You are supposed to REDIRECT, DISTRACT, or get the child to do a different activity. To ban him from the facility for 2 weeks is ridiculous.&& Kyle, the site manager, his lackadaisical attitude showed that Fitness Connection needs to provide further employee training in customer care and emotional intelligence for upper management. Kyle pretended to pull footage for me & do some research. He never called nor returned my calls from the original incident 3 weeks ago where they kicked my son out for a week for playing rough with friends.Tonight, As I waited near the front for further details on how he would deal with my son of color being singled out and picked on by this incompetent kids club supervisor, I noticed he was in his office with a group of employees laughing it up.That’s when I grabbed the number for corporate and left. I do not condone inappropriate behavior of any sort but when you’re dealing with toddlers, there should be trained, competent adults present so parents don’t have issues like this.I pay good money to be there and I do not appreciate the treatment my son and I have endured now that Kyle and Eva are “manager” and “supervisor.” I’ve been coming to this location & a member longer than they’ve been employed.They are both JOKES. I am calling Corporate to report the discriminatory behavior from Eva; along with the poor leadership skills & low EQ from the site manager.If you’re a single parent with a toddler of special needs DONT COME HERE they will just ban your child & laugh about it in the office.

I love love the women center and the movie theater, someone knew what they were doing when they thought of us ladies. Also the sauna is a plus. I just wish you can fix the paper towel dispenser already 😪. I hope you open a center in Ennis, it'll be closer to me driving to the Dallas location is drive and can be discouraging at times …

Horrible customer service. I came into this gym after I spoke to a gentleman the day before and he told me to come in the next day to try and join the gym. I explain to him my workout hours and he said no problem he’d put me down. So I showed up as told to do so. And I came across a rude girl by the name of Jasmine. She had red and some black hair, short, black girl. I tried getting her attention but she could careless about the issue I had. She began to ignore me while she ate her snacks in front of me and walked away. After getting fed up with her rude attitude I asked to speak to someone else since she didn’t care about fixing my problem. She then gave me more attitude and began texting. Not once did she make eye contact or was friendly and helpful. After that she just said it wasn’t her problem what I needed help with so I should just leave her alone. I guess she had to get back to her busy text conversation…the whole time she texted and ate her food while I tried to have my questions answered. You guys should really hire better front desk people. People that actually care about doing their job instead of just getting a paycheck.

They had a promotional going on where I can add a buddy to my membership and I would only pay $10 a month for the both of us instead of $20 I been paying for just by myself . I was informed that they will take out another yearly fee of $30 a year for 2021. In 2021 they already took out a yearly fee of $30 but because I was signing up for a new promotional they was gonna take out again. I was fine with that but I asked the women if it will be just $30 or $60 since someone else is on the account with me she told me just $30 for the two of us but a month later I was charged double which made my account overdraft. I also signed up for a fitness training for just one month and when I tried to cancel because they keep trying to take money out my account I was told that I would still have to pay two months of training even tho I only signed up for one month the manager wasn’t even reasonable to cancel it even tho he knew I was not training with the guy he didn’t even try to attempt to help me out they was still gonna take money out my account, ridiculous when I spoke to the manager in person he told me that it will take 30 days until the cancellation Will go into effect meaning these people will still continue to go into my account. I never should of signed up for the new promotional and the training. What a nightmare to pay for training services never used. Good job fitness connection 👏Update****Fitness connection owner replied on my google review and told me to contact them through email about my complaint which I did and Shorty after a few days later the gym contact me and waived all the fees. I felt appreciated and understood
